Just click on profile at the top of the home page. It will bring up your profile, go to the left hand side of the page & click on group membership. The click on the request to join the Prayer Warrior Group. State your reason for joining & then submit. It may take some time for approval, so be patient & pray. The power of prayer works. God bless. Hi there. That’s great that you’ve committed to prayer. I hope that it will be very friutful for you and all that you pray for. Last year I signed up to be a Prayer Warrior, was ignored, then refused. I was told it was “God’s will.” That’s why I never come here anymore. I just can’t wrap my mind around a group that’s supposed to be Catholic-which means universal- prayerful and supportive deliberately excluding people.I recently became a prayer warrior. It’s very rewarding. I urge anyone who has the time to take the plunge and pray for our brothers and sisters.

I think they know what they’re doing, but I must also say I didn’t expect it to be so hard. You have the blue “Prayer Warrior” under your user name - that is the only answer you get. They don’t respond other than to put a blue “Prayer Warrior” under your user name. This can take weeks… In the mean time you get to exercise the virtue of patience, and pray and post as much as you want. (You are a Prayer Warrior, but without the advertising)I submitted a request to join several days ago. Still haven’t heard back yet. Keeping my fingers crossed but, in the meantime I will continue to pray for the requests as much as possible. Say a prayer for me.
I see…lol. I was wondering if I had been rejected and wasn’t aware of it. I don’t mind waiting a bit. Good things come to those who wait. Thank you so much for the reply. I look forward to being a part of such a wonderful thing.
I disagree with this. When I visited the Prayer Warrior page it stated that the blue “Prayer Warrior” logo under a user’s name was the sign that they have been accepted. It does NOT state that everyone who applies is automatically accepted as one. It goes on to say that they can’t access the moderated group unless they have the blue “Prayer Warrior” logo under their name.
Hi there. I’m glad that you’ve been made a Prayer Warrior. Thank you for trying to encourage me but I don’t really see the point in attempting to apply again. I’m a convert. When I joined the Church there was none of the " maybe you’ll be accepted, maybe you won’t" crud that I see here. The Church accepted me with open arms just as I was. I don’t see why a Prayer Warrior group on a Catholic forum wouldn’t want to mirror the Church in this regard. I don’t understand the criteria, why it’s so hard to be accepted, why it takes so long or why I was rejected in the first place. I’m sorry, my use of the word “advertising” was misleading. I meant advertising something hat you are proud of, such as being a Catholic. It isn’t something you want to hide. “Advertising” was a bad word, and I see why you thought it was a cheap shot - I certainly didn’t mean it that way at all.
