And even if Roe vs Wad was overturned it would also have to overturn Planned Parenthood v. Casey as well.

And if both were overturned, it would not outlaw abortion as some believe it would. It would just return the decision back to the States.

- Coastal States: Abortion Provider could set up Floating Abortion Clinic beyond 12 miles.
- Land Locked States: An Indian Abortion Provider could set up Abortion Clinic on an Indian Reservation.
- Just cross state line and have procedure done.
- Alley and Underground abortion clinics would arise. ( where there is a will, there is a way )
- Order Abortifacients online.
- and any other way not thought of as yet.
