All are called to Christ’s Catholic Church.

Episcopalian honey isn’t catching any flies. Episcopalians are hemorrhaging members. One third of their parishes are expected to close in the next 3 to 5 years. forum.catholic.com/showthread.php?t=594122

Episcopalians believe their sacrament is as holy and sacred as Catholics believe theirs is…how can those who truly believe in the Real Presence not embody the love and mercy they have received and extend it to others? Virtue Online is part of that community. I don’t think they are mocking anyone, they’re documenting the implosion of the community.

Actually my local Episcopal church has wine according to the priest and the belief is that those receiving, receive The Blood of Christ. And my local United Church of Christ actually offers a choice of wine or grape juice according to their pastor.

But drawing people to faith with honey instead of driving them further away with the taste of vinegar would seem a bit more important than politics in the whole scheme of things. So Ringil in that light I think made an excellent observation.

Well great, I don’t know this site. If they are being respectful and loving then surely Christ will use their efforts to win converts.

The rudness and jeering I speak of only relates to the posts of this specific thread.

If you think Jesus dished out more vinegar than honey, then you and I are reading 2 entirely different Gospels and we might never agree or know until He comes again. In the meantime I guess we can only believe as we believe. May God bless you and peace.

If your goal is to draw people to the faith, the topic is irrelevant.

I use to know a woman who would answer the phone with the voice of an angel, then hang up and cuss like a sailor. Kind of reminds me of her, inconsistent. Either use the honey all the time if you’re going to preach it or leave it to people who can. Don’t come to the forums throwing vinegar all over people you disagree with then try to use honey because the topics a bit different.

Again, your post is meaningless. Politics is politics and you give as good as you get buddy and I believe more. Your politics posts are among the most biting on CAF.
