Here’s two extremely good reasons.Funny, I haven’t seen an objective reason presented why she *should *be president. It is almost all, like your post, highly subjective opinions presented without any basis of evalutaion. “She’s smart, she’s nice, she’s a good mother…” I’m certainly not convinced by the mere expression of subjective opinions.
- She is not a career politician or DC-type political insider with built-in corruption.
- In spite of not being one of the above, she managed to rise to being governor of Alaska (I know, every nice, good mom has done something of the sort), battled croneyism within and outside of her party, and had great success and popularity there until the lefties on the national scene decided to try to hog tie her in the legal system and muck with her performance as governor. Only a career politician would hang on to “play the game”.
Bottom line is: Honest politics, like the search for truth, is NOT complicated. It only takes an honest, hardworking person who can recognize a rat and and have the courage to exterminate it. Expect to make no friends on either side of the aisle in doing so, because if you’re doing your job right, it’s not about making friends.
Ms. Palin fits this bill. And that is precisely the objective reason why she of all people should be president.
