The manipulation of public opinion accomplished by the GOP through talk radio and the media is astounding. It’s the only way one can explain how pro-life Catholics cheerlead for a pro abortion candidate like Romney who is obviously using the pro-life movement for votes.

As opposed to the pro-life icon that is Obama?

Talk radio-maybe. The media: LOL

The emails that were circulated yesterday do not indicate such action and your comment
is the first I have heard on anything even close to some pro-active action from our President.
I’m sure your “someone who was standing next to the President” will soon be on TV to give
him cover???
Oh yes. I am not talking about the current flap. This was during the time that the Libyan ground forces were moving on civilians. Mr Obama’s military advice was to join the British and the French to enforce a no-fly zone. When he asked the generals what that would accomplish, they shrugged, and looked like idiots at each other. So, he turned to the field officers on the perimeter of the room (i.e… colonels), who would normally not speak in such a meeting. He asked their opinion on options which would actually accomplish something. Then he told the generals to think about it more, and come back in two hours with a plan of action which would actually save lives.

Now… the conservative press had Mr Obama on a pillory for not taking decisive military action while all of this was taking place. Once the plan was announced, they crucified him for taking military action. And I mean… these were exactly the same voices. They reversed tack on a dime.

So, always keep in mind that the media spins every action by every politician to their advantage. Which means, maintaing their market share by spinning facts in a disingenuous way.

Does this mean that you and other liberals won’t be posting stuff about how the mainstream media is supposedly fair?

Poor, poor Obama, he tried so hard.😃 Sorry, he was not a good leader here either.

So he kept the no fly zone in effect when two US citizens fought terrorists for 7 hours all the while begging for help?

Voted in this poll for Obama but did the real thing yesterday. Returned my swing state absentee ballot in person to the Supervisor of Elections casting my vote for Barack Obama.

I’d be:o to admit it.

They all have company!
Actress Lena Dunham likens voting for Barack Obama to losing her virginity in an official Obama campaign ad appearing on the campaign’s website.
Critics have lambasted the spot, vetted and approved by President Obama’s campaign, calling it tasteless and inappropriate for the campaign to target young female voters with the sexual double entendre.
What a catastrophe if this man is elected again.

Just finished my mail in ballot-voted for Romeny . First time in over 30 years my vote for president really matters as this is the first Presidential election i have voted in Colorado instead of texas since 1980!

Cmatt - how is it that a candidate who loses a debate, goes up in the polls? Are those polled just not as smart as you? Were those polled after the 2nd debate only thinking of the 1st debate? Why did those polled after the 2nd debate say that they trusted Romney to deal with our economic problems, over Obama? Your analysis falls short - but I can understand that its because you want your guy to win.

Ishii
Hi Ishii, I’m not going to keep answering your same question. And I’m also not focused on national polls at this pt at all. As it’s all about one thing Ishii. The number 270.

I’m not at all. I even went 25 miles roundtrip to deliver it in person and hand it to the election office worker at the counter instead of mailing it so I’d know with 100% certainty it got there. Even took another Obama voter with her ballot with me. 👍
