Aint going to happen. Remember what he told the Russian, after the election he’ll have more flexibility. Well, all the radicals in his party that he coalesced into beating the republicans will be out in force. They want their stuff he is going to have to deliver.
Not necessarily.

For one, it’s being reported that Hillary is going to leave as Secretary of State, and the belief is that John Kerry will take her place.

My guess is that many of the cabinet members will be replaced, as often happens when a president is re-elected.

Jim

Better to lose in this world than to burn in the next one.

Better yet, what is the GOP telling women to do with their bodies?
GOP wants to ban abortion. That is not ok. Personal issues like this are not for the government to decide.

Does anybody think money bought the election?
Its a factor always, but no, lack of sound moral-ethical judgement outside oneself bought the election. No different than Kennedy stated, Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.

Once upon a time a Democratic Chant.

If anyone does leave America because Obama won, just be aware that most other countries are far more socialist than America. If you want a true libertarian experience with almost no rules, go to China.

Today we give thanks to God for the leadership and person of Barack Obama. May God grant him the serenity to accept the things he cannot change, courage to change the things he can and wisdom to know the difference. Inspire him, oh Lord, to provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty in accordance with thy will.
The streets outside the White House, where thousands of people celebrated last night, were awash with the blood of the dead babies who will be killed during the next 4 years, and beyond because of likely Obama Supreme Court nominees. I cannot give thanks to God for Obama.

If the GOP was going to ban abortion they would have done it during Bush’s time.

And it is okay to ban abortion. It is not a personal issue, it is genocide. But the truth is, I don’t think either party will ban it anyway.

Let’s not get too discouraged, folks. Remember that we are in it for the long haul, the very long haul, and we know that good wins in the end!
The gates of Hell will not prevail against His Church. That has nothing to do with America. Yes, eventually the good guys will win the war, but this battle looks to be lost.

it tried…the amount spent by both parties was obscene. Superpacs are one of the worst things to enter our political system ever. They should be eliminated and accountability returned to the system.

John
agreed!

I’m not leaving (I think its impractical, if not silly). But I understand the sentiment. If one opts to move to Spain, for instance, you voluntarily accept the type government they have on the day you move. You have chosen to accept European socialism. Americans who disagree with Obama’s secularist socialist agenda are having it thrust upon them involuntarily.

Take a deep breath and realize this isn’t the end of the world, folks. stop complaining. Oh, and Obama IS IN FACT your president. ONE NATION, with ONE president. whether or not you agree with him on many issues, he is STILL YOUR PRESIDENT.
He is the president of the Divided States of America, I’ll give him that. Truly, I’m not sure the United States of America exists anymore.

Yes but like I said, if I’m gonna be paying for people’s abortions…I want to live in a nation with: smarter people, less debt, stable currency, and lower taxes.

Obama has compromised before, and I hopeful that he will on the HHS mandate issue,

Jim
Why would he? He has no re-election pressure on him, he WANTS free contraception and abortifacients to be available. He has no reason to compromise.

Peace

Tim

With all due respect, that is a pipe dream. Obama’s suggestion that the insurance company pay for abortion, contraception, etc., does not aid Catholic insurers or self-insured Catholic organizations. There is no viable compromise on the provision of the HHS mandate. Catholic organizations will have to pay the fine and face bankruptcy, violate Church dogma by accepting government-imposed insurance terms, or close down.
Obama has doubled down. I hope the HHS mandate goes all the way to the supreme court

Those who voted for Obama likewise voted against their fellowman having jobs. Real charitable people.

It is my beleif that the HHS mandate will stand and all but a few of the US Bishops will go along with it. Get ready for the catholic church in Amerika to rubber stamp sterialization, abortion, and contraception. How you say? By offering it to their employees through their healthcare.
