What do they say? Every American or is it every American under 18 are $200,000+ in debt.

Two people I know who voted for Obama, also voted down every tax levy from helping support a 9-1-1 Emergency system, to schools, to parks, and helping the Health Dept. :rolleyes:

Yep they are reeeeal charitable

Also, I believe now that Obama doesn’t have to worry about re-election over the next four years, he’ll return to his ideological center, which is where he actually is.

I also pray for him as president and ask the God inspire him to lead the nation well.

Maybe now that he doesn’t have to cater to the extreme left of the democratic party, he’ll have another meeting with Cardinal Dolan and give the Cardinal what he asked and expand the exemption of the HHS mandate.

Regardless how we all feel about the election results, we need to pray to God for our president and our nation.

On another note: is it possible that they just made all these numbers up? I mean, his support seemed to all but dry up. He was finishing the campaign out with half empty venues. It really looked bad for him. All of sudden all this support out of nowhere. I mean really, it’s all done on computer now days couldn’t it just all be made up and we would simply have no idea?

You can say that, but you can’t makeup all the Obama-Biden signs I saw in a very red-county. You also can’t forget they bus in millions of uninformed people to vote.

I think I need to take a step back and try to buck up. This is just so hard to take. I’m out. Maybe I need to just go to adoration and bring my worries to Him. God help us.

Hurricane Sandy? May have helped Obama but it seems the Feds have not helped them out more.

The Demographics involve more about pandering, the dumbing down of America and the entitlement society. This is not all of Obama’s supporters but clearly a number.

I cried for about an hour this morning. We all are depressed at our house. Even our dogs are moping around a bit.

Half the country feel this way, heard it this morning, this is how close the election was. 1.5 million in a country of about 300,000,000, whatever it is is the difference.

Some of that difference has to be due to the collusion of the MSM to Democrats, a dumbed down America, and I don’t mean that negatively, we are heavily in debt and a party that panders to special interests. Entitlements is in there too.

And Red Land per counties is probably more of this nation.

Sometimes one has to learn their lessons the hard way and that may mean our nation in general.

Don’t feel despondent.

That is a positive suggestion, Seamus. I will give the thought due consideration. At least it’s an opportunity to stand side by side with faithful Catholics who vigorously oppose the HHS mandate (and who likely did so with their votes on November 6th).
