I don’t think you quite understand the people we are dealing with here.Because they really wouldn’t have to give much. It’s simple… religious employers provide coverage minus any objectionable with the ability of their employees to add coverage for contraception, etc., at their own expense.
No, I voted in accordance with the principle of proportionality. Texas has executed 66 prisoners since President Obama first took office. An estimated 5.6 million babies were executed in that same time period in the US alone. If you really see things this black and white, why do you vote for the republicans, who often support capital punishment like in Texas? How can you support the republicans who are receiving millions of dollars from insurance companies? These health insurance companies have killed people for profit. This is a fact, and this is okay with you? My point is, you voted for someone who compromises your morals.
Baloney. The Nazis instituted heavier criminal penalites for abortion. That is just fact. That’s why one of the first things Hitler did when in power was to legalize abortion and in 1941 pushed abortion on occupied-Poland and had the T-4 euthanasia program?
You’re entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts.
That’s fine you believe Obama is the lesser of the two evils, and that abortion is the most important issue, but my point was that we can’t vote on one issue without compromising our morals. I look at the candidates as whole, like my church teaches. Please research and study the Catholic principle of proportionality. We are allowed to vote for the lesser of two evils. Abortion trumps the other issues, hands down. Obama is, hands down, the most pro-Abortion president in history.
I don’t support the death penalty. I don’t believe have the right to take a life. Abortion is much more gray than this issue. Again, not all of us agree when life begins. I believe its arrogant to assume when life begins, when in truth we don’t know for sure. And again, abortion is sometimes a necessary event when a mother’s life is in danger. I know this from personal experience of people I know. No, I voted in accordance with the principle of proportionality. Texas has executed 66 prisoners since President Obama first took office. An estimated 5.6 million babies were executed in that same time period in the US alone.
Do you oppose the death penalty? Why? Every single life is precious, but you would be ok if those murderers had been themselves murdered by their mothers?

Oh, I think I understand very well.I don’t think you quite understand the people we are dealing with here.
Unfortunately, many of the latest group of extremists are here!news.yahoo.com/obama-bets-electorate-matches-2008-wins-100747098–election.html
This hits the nail on the head. Get the extremists out of the GOP and start reaching out to the minorities and women.
It is arrogant to think that you can say with any degree of certainty that life doesn’t begin at conception. Science says that it does. The Church says that it does. Observer3 says it doesn’t.I don’t support the death penalty. I don’t believe have the right to take a life. Abortion is much more gray than this issue. Again, not all of us agree when life begins. I hope so. And I really mean that. I want them to suffer. But I think we’ll be dragged down with them before that really happens. The government can print more money to give to them. When food costs rise, they can throw down some more food stamps. We have to actually work for what we get. And the work is drying up.Just remember, WE WILL NOT be the ones who suffer. The ones most supporting of Obama will. We are willing to survive and cut back on work to spend more time with God and Family…the welfare-dependents need us more than we need them and they will be the ones who will suffer brutally by their own hand.
He reversed the economic slide that resulted from the Bush/Cheney econmic policies. He has kept in place support programs, access to health care, job training, college education, etc. for the non-rich.What has Obama done for the poor?
You want fellow Americans to suffer? I doubt you confessor would view that attitude favorably.I hope so. And I really mean that. I want them to suffer. But I think we’ll be dragged down with them before that really happens. The government can print more money to give to them. When food costs rise, they can throw down some more food stamps. Being dependent on the government drains a man of his dignity. But four more years of this? get ready to put your dignity aside.
I have surely seen no such thing. That brings to mind a question. I wonder if Hillary runs in 2016…and the economy is still in the tank…will she blame Bush/Cheney?He reversed the economic slide that resulted from the Bush/Cheney econmic policies.
He has promoted a policy of division and chaos. He has promoted a policy of compassion and justice for the disadvantaged that all Christians should embrace.
And made sure they voted.Made more of them, added to the rolls on food stamps and welfare.
I didn’t say that. You put words in my mouth. I was implying that I don’t know when life begins. That’s an honest answer. Yours is an arrogant assumption. It is arrogant to think that you can say with any degree of certainty that life doesn’t begin at conception. Science says that it does. The Church says that it does. Observer3 says it doesn’t.
Abortion is only a gray area if it fits your own personal morality.

Read what the Church says…That’s fine you believe Obama is the lesser of the two evils, and that abortion is the most important issue, but my point was that we can’t vote on one issue without compromising our morals. I look at the candidates as whole, like my church teaches.
Yep, no doubt. And made sure they voted.
And they don’t. The Republlicans have an ideology. Democrats just pander. Democrats started the Ku Klux Klan, Republicans never hung people. Don’t dump the shameful history of the Democrats on Republicans please.Yeah. Now that the horse has gotten out of the barn.
The GOP has got to understand that they can’t succeed any longer with white male voters alone. Don’t they know that black people can become Republicans as can Latinos?
And what about women? All three groups went for Obama.
