Obama won’t attend 150th anniversary commemoration of Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address in Pa

As an American and daughter of one this country’s greatest generation who served this country; I am appauled that Pres. Obama left out the words “under God” in his pre-recorded address. Was this deliberate?

Personally, I am glad that Obama chose not to attend, instead deciding to read the address from elsewhere, omitting “God”, of course. The people who truly honor the fallen have no need to have him join them at any commemoration. I applaud Obama for staying put, or is that “putt”. 😉

I believe he was given the"Shay" version of the Address to read.That draft did not have a reference to God in it.

After all the brazen lies that Obama has told about Obamacare, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, IRS abuses, Solyndra, etc, etc, you still wonder why discerning people suspect his every word and action. I don’t know about you, but when I catch someone telling even ONE whopper, I never fully trust that person again. And Obama’s lies are pathological, patently evident to anyone with ears to hear and eyes to see. 🤓 Rob

Actually Burns parceled out the 6 different drafts.I suspect Obama was not the only one who read from the Shay draft.
