??? I thought you meant tm not being armed… so I was asking how would Z know he was armed.

At any rate… I am glad the verdict was not guilty. I have no problem with someone using lethal force when they are getting their heads smacked against the cement.

Zimmerman will be found guilty. He chose to put the law into his own hands. It is also maddening in that area of town that the police didn’t put Z to jail for shooting T.

Then don’t be surprised when you commit the crime of attacking someone that they defend themselves. It’s not against the law to watch someone, call the police or to even follow someone. It is against the law to physically attack them.

By the way, it wasn’t Martin’s neighborhood. He was there because is fathers girlfriend lived there.

Huh? The verdict was already decided not guilty. Maybe you missed the news the last few days?

If you missed that, you must not having been following the trial and evidence presented there very closely. Which stands to reason given your posts here.

I will add the extreme irony of all the Martin supporters referring to him as that “boy”. Normally referring to a black man as a “boy” is the height of racism.

He did nothing illegal in the court of law in Florida decisions made by 6 women at this time. This does not mean he will not be found guilty in the next trials. My nephew is of the same age and I still consider him a boy. I am not racist nor do I condone and perpetuate the history of the terminology of a black man as a boy. That was not my intent. That was your intent.

Have you been visiting another planet the last two weeks? The trial has already happened and he was found NOT GUILTY. It’s been all over the news & internet.

As a matter of fact being a gated community TM was supposed to register as a guest to the neighborhood - which he did not.

Wow… quite the opposite. Doesn’t matter whether he was scared or not. He was beating Z head into the cement. TM was in the wrong… tm brought it on himself. Its over… Z has been found not guilty… as is it should be. And the ‘nutbag’ got his… the ‘nutbag’ was tm. There will be no other trials. And it cannot go to civil court not in FL… this is good news.

Has that been decided? I know for the “not guilty” finding to extend to civil court there has to be a hearing.
