:(

The powers that be aren’t going to leave Zimmerman alone. They will only be satisfied when his life is over, but first it will have to be completely and utterly laid to waste and ruined, first he will have to pay and pay and pay for daring to defend his own life. Disgusting.
The current White House admin is very selective in choosing when to respect court decisions or votes by the people.

Robert, is your distrust of firearms perhaps rooted in your belief that humans aren’t intelligent enough to have designed and built them? Do you think they are demonic in origin?
Do you have the innate wit to figure out how to design the machinery and tooling to mass produce simple toothpicks? Do you personally know anyone who does possess this innate wit? Who said anything about demons? I said an upper world. Think about it! Who produces all the machinery necessary to have brought our world to where it is today, over the past 150 years?

I
I don’t think Martin was trying to kill Zimmerman, I don’t think he conceived that someone would believe he was. I don’t think he understood someone who sees physical conflict as a last resort and therefore combat. Zimmerman could not read his mind, and having avoided confrontation could not conceive of someone who would attack him without being willing to go all out.
I agree. It is why I thought he was young and stupid. I know that upset others but I didn’t mean it that he was not intelligent. I think it is such a tragedy. I don’t think he intended to kill him but to teach him a bloody lesson. I do think he intended to hurt him. He had the upper hand. I don’t know what was going through Zimmerman’s mind as he lay on the ground. At that moment, when he is being hit, I am not sure what he could have done. What other rational choice he had.

It is shameful and despicable. Zimmerman has been tried by a jury of his peers and has been found not guilty. They should leave him alone to try to live the rest of his life in peace, not hound him until they get their version of justice or use him to further their agenda and to promote more division and strife.

This is consistent to the trajectory that the government has set itself on, from the IRS to NSA.

If nothing else, GZ can expect an audit soon.
The attitude of the DOJ seems to be “how dare that jury find GZ innocent when the President of the United States and the DOJ had sided with TM from the beginning. How dare that jury think for themselves and embarrass us in this way!” Bill O’Reilly said it right when he described Eric Holder as a political activist disguised as the head of the DOJ.

I certainly haven’t read all the pages on this site, but I have my own ideas about the verdict – frankly, I would have hated to be on the Zimmerman jury. I do think that Zimmerman did not have to kill Martin – since he had a gun he could have shot him someplace to stop him from what he was doing but not in the head where it certainly killed him. It’s been a long time since I was on a jury and I don’t remember what the crime was BUT when we got back in the jury room I couldn’t believe that some of the jurors didn’t think a crime had even been committed – guess they thought the DA’s office had nothing better to do.

flying saucers?

if you want to know who holds the design patents for mass production of toothpicks, check the patent office database.

just stop using that lame example.

Honestly, please go and educate yourself on the evidence. Martin wasn’t shot in the head, since you don’t even know that, you are clearly lacking in knowledge of the evidence.

You’re real good at making assumptions. Those ladies won’t get jumped. You would deny them protection.

Too bad these ppl didn’t have those guns… if they did i’d hope they would open fire. That or step on the gas.

From Channel 2 out of Houston:

And no… i am not a gun worshipper.
Looks like two ordinary gun worshipers.

 TM was shot in the chest, not in the head.

Someone is supposed to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Zimmerman being found innocent despite how everyone, including the POTUS and DOJ was against him, is a testament to how little real evidence the prosecution had against him. The prosecution and media played it very dirty the whole time.

Good point. But the facts don’t seem to matter to those who want to see lynch mob justice fulfilled.

I don’t think the uninformed poster who made that mistake has posted enough in this thread to come to the conclusion they are part of the lynch mob. I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt that she just decided to comment without spending the time to know the basic facts of the case.

The others however, that’s another story.

I’m not talking about who owns the patents, I’m talking about who has the innate wit to make it all happen? Do you have this type of an innate wit? There are none so blind as those who will not see.

Silas Noble and J. P. Cooley did, back in 1872.

And yet again, whose to blame for killing TM if not the state of Florida for allowing an amateur law enforcement personnel to carry a concealed gun? (I’m reposting this because nobody has yet properly responded to it.)

Nonsense. They may be the patent owners, and they may have provided certain funding and they may have come up with the idea of toothpicks, but I can assure you that they did not have the innate wit to figure out how to manufacture the machinery, and prepare the wood. Again, given all the special machinery necessary to bring our world to were it is today, over the past 150 years, I would expect to know at least one person who possesses this type of innate wit.

He wasn’t shot in the head but in the chest. This was my thought to but then it was the heat of battle. I am not sure he had time to point or if he could have shot him elsewhere and not have ended up dead himself.

He was killed in self defense, so clearly it was Treyvon who was responsible. Zimmerman wasn’t “amateur law enforcement”; he was the in the neighborhood watch association. He called the police and was jumped by Treyvon on his way back from checking the address where he was to meet them.

You have asked me that before, and my affirmative answer has not changed in the few intervening months.

Have you thought about writing fiction? I think conspiracy theories would be right up your alley.
