Yes I said sounds like. See I can play that too.Re-read what I wrote and tell me where I’m committing rash judgment? Pay attention to where I say ‘perhaps.’

It took GZ to travel on foot over 53 yards to get that address? TM’s body was that far away from GZ’s truck when the police arrived. GZ was clearly following TM.He was killed in self defense, so clearly it was Treyvon who was responsible. Zimmerman wasn’t “amateur law enforcement”; he was the in the neighborhood watch association. **He called the police and was jumped by Treyvon on his way back from checking the address where he was to meet them.

A juror answered that a long time ago. Trayvon Martin is mostly to blame for the killing of TM.And yet again, whose to blame for killing TM if not the state of Florida for allowing an amateur law enforcement personnel to carry a concealed gun? (I’m reposting this because nobody has yet properly responded to it.)
Have you ever heard of a concept called perspective taking? You might give it a try sometimes.Have you thought about writing fiction? I think conspiracy theories would be right up your alley.

I’m fairly sure they’re the original inventors, but, be that as it may, any Martian or a toothpick machine operator or repair guy or a high school kid taking shop should be able explain this to you.Nonsense. They may be the patent owners, and they may have provided certain funding and they may have come up with the idea of toothpicks, but I can assure you that they did not have the innate wit to figure out how to manufacture the machinery, and prepare the wood. Again, given all the special machinery necessary to bring our world to were it is today, over the past 150 years, I would expect to know at least one person who possesses this type of innate wit.
Assumptions on part of that juror. The facts are clear that nobody knows for sure (except GZ).A juror answered that a long time ago. Trayvon Martin is mostly to blame for the killing of TM.

I’m curious regarding why Martin should have had to explain his behavior of walking through the neighborhood to Zimmerman or anyone else? What was Martin doing that would have prohibited him from walking in this neighborhood?I believe that Martin was overcome by rage at the “creepy a** cracka” following him. It may have been he thought he was being targeted as a young black man. He may have been of the mind that Zimmerman was a sexual predator. Whatever the reason, I think he was a young man high on testosterone and low on impulse control. Everything about the initial encounter, Jeantel’s words and the testimony of Zimmerman while speaking to the dispatcher indicates Martin initially “got away.” But somehow they re-connected. It makes far more sense that Martin confronted Zimmerman than the alternative.
I am sure Martin didn’t realize Zimmerman was armed or he probably would not have picked a fight with him. What he saw was a nosy neighbor, a potential predator, a 'creepy a** cracka…" As a young man with athletic ability and some apparent fighting skills he probably thought he could easily teach Zimmerman a lesson. He was wrong and paid with his life

Please, quit posting assumptions.Assumptions on part of that juror. The facts are clear that nobody knows for sure (except GZ).
And since no one knows for sure, there remains “reasonable doubt”, and thus, legally, the jury MUST acquit, which they did. So what’s to complain about, here? Why the cries of injustice when the justice system actually did EXACTLY what it was supposed to?Assumptions on part of that juror. The facts are clear that nobody knows for sure (except GZ).

Here’s an example of the machinery necessary to mass produce toothpicks. But in any case, do you have the innate wit to figure out how to design and build any of these machines without any prior knowledge of what the end machine looks like? Be honest!I’m fairly sure they’re the original inventors, but, be that as it may, any Martian or a toothpick machine operator or repair guy or a high school kid taking shop should be able explain this to you.
here’s a toothpickery machine. looks like something from the 19th century:

argument by persona ignorance is a weak argument. I’m certain you don’t have the innate wit to draft an appellate brief, but they’re drafted all the time, and not by Martians.
No thanks. I’ll sticke to reality.Have you ever heard of a concept called perspective taking? You might give it a try sometimes.
I have no clue. I didn’t take shop in high school and my hobbies veered away from toothpicks and into stock car racing. but after a day with a service manual I could strip down one of those machines and rebuild it and never have to dial up Mars for help. Here’s an example of the machinery necessary to mass produce toothpicks. I’m very surprised you made it on the jury.I certainly haven’t read all the pages on this site, but I have my own ideas about the verdict – frankly, I would have hated to be on the Zimmerman jury. I do think that Zimmerman did not have to kill Martin – since he had a gun he could have shot him someplace to stop him from what he was doing but not in the head where it certainly killed him. It’s been a long time since I was on a jury and I don’t remember what the crime was BUT when we got back in the jury room I couldn’t believe that some of the jurors didn’t think a crime had even been committed – guess they thought the DA’s office had nothing better to do.
We have responded to you REPEATEDLY. Read your own verse…none so blind. I am certainly done wasting time. And yet again, whose to blame for killing TM if not the state of Florida for allowing an amateur law enforcement personnel to carry a concealed gun?
