Yes exactly, who is it that keeps posting here about race again?Or, perhaps justice rather than race since the case really had nothing to do with race, well, except for the race-baiters who think it is all about race?

Sounds like everything you’re saying is from GZ’s perspective. Too bad we don’t have TM’s perspective on things. Also, TM had to double-back a little in order to ask GZ why he was following him.
I was referring to Zimmerman profiling Martin as the suspect while in his truck following him around. As the police officer testified at the trial testified to, the word suspect was used by the police when asking him questions about Martin, because neither the police nor Zimmerman knew his name. The police found no ID on him. She said it was basic SOP for them to refer to him as the suspect since they had no name to use.
Well of course he drew it before the killing…did you think it went off in Zimmerman’s pants, ricocheted off his shoe and entered Martin’s chest? We don’t know if he drew his gun or not before the killing.
He didn’t him a suspect, he said "this guy…I was referring to Zimmerman profiling Martin as the suspect while in his truck following him around.
We know that there was no evidence to convict GZ on murder charges. That’s why the jury, one approved of and agreed upon by both sides, found GZ not guilty. We don’t know if he drew his gun or not before the killing.
Why? Why did Martin have to confront and ask Zimmerman anything? Martin could have just gone home, gone to another house with a light on if he was concerned about being followed home, hid and stayed hidden, walked back to the store, called 911 with the phone in his hand or asked his friend whom he was speaking with to call 911, he could have begun to yell “Fire” or “Rape” or “Pervert” to get someone’s attention. Why did Martin have to confront Zimmerman to ask him anything?… Also, TM had to double-back a little in order to ask GZ why he was following him.
I am saying we don’t know if he drew it before the killing to show Martin or not. We are missing TM’s testimony. We don’t know if he said he was armed or not.Well of course he drew it before the killing…did you think it went off in Zimmerman’s pants, ricocheted off his shoe and entered Martin’s chest?
I cannot believe the extent to which you and Robert Sock go to try to ignore the evidence. There were several eyewitnesses all of whom claimed Martin was on top of ZImmerman beating on him. If Zimmerman had the gun in his hand BEFORE THE BEATING don’t you think that Martin would either have been shot before bashing Zimmerman’s head in? Or worse, they would have wrestled for the gun?
Please just look at the evidence and quit trying so hard to make things up.

Because Martin was wondering why he was being followed. That’s why. Why? Why did Martin have to confront and ask Zimmerman anything? Why did Martin have to confront Zimmerman to ask him anything?
Why on earth would TM risk life in prison for killing GZ if he did not feel threatened?Well of course he drew it before the killing…did you think it went off in Zimmerman’s pants, ricocheted off his shoe and entered Martin’s chest?

I guess you just ignore all of the evidence to the contrary. Everything you’ve said in the last two posts contradicts testimony and evidence at the trial. Zimmerman is very fortunate that the jury actually considered the evidence instead of making up stories so they could convict an innocent man of murderBecause Martin was wondering why he was being followed. That’s why.
Where could he hide; Zimmerman already was following him and ready to get out of his truck to do so and DID so.
Okay, so you don’t like hide. Try another option.…Where could he hide; Zimmerman already was following him and ready to get out of his truck to do so and DID so.
Because I read the testimony, watched parts of the trial, and nothing you or MaryT keep fabricating is very compelling. Why on earth would TM risk life in prison for killing GZ if he did not feel threatened?
All it would take is one bashing for GZ to have sustained his injuries.
I thought GZ said that they were indeed wrestling for the gun.
And how did GZ manage to get his gun out if he was laying on top of it?
Whose ignoring the evidence? I’m just trying to imagine what actually happened given the testimonies? Why are you ignoring TM’s likely perspective in favor of GZ?

What have I possibly fabricated?Because I read the testimony, watched parts of the trial, and nothing you or MaryT keep fabricating is very compelling.
In maintaining your fallacious notions you insult the jury, the court, the Prosecution and Defense attorneys, somehow thinking ALL of them are either stupid or lying because even the Prosecution’s own witnesses’ testimony helped Zimmerman’s case

It is not true that all eyewitnesses said that Martin was on top of Zimmerman.I cannot believe the extent to which you and Robert Sock go to try to ignore the evidence. There were several eyewitnesses all of whom claimed Martin was on top of ZImmerman beating on him.
He can’t hide when he’s being followed and someone will get out of his truck to follow you more.Okay, so you don’t like hide. Try another option.

Exactly. Maybe some missed this eyewitness testimony. It is not true that all eyewitnesses said that Martin was on top of Zimmerman.
"Prosecutors also called Jeannee Manalo, another eyewitness, to the stand Wednesday. Manalo testified that from her point of view inside her townhome, she could see two men struggling on the ground. She said she believed Zimmerman was on top of Martin during the altercation, and that she could see his hands moving.
During cross-examination, Manalo said photographs she saw on the news support her view that Zimmerman was on top during the altercation. She also said the bigger person was on top — and Zimmerman seemed to be the bigger person."

Now you’re not making any sense whatsoever. It really sounds to me that you have a hidden agenda. If I’m wrong, why is it so hard for you to take another perspective into consideration?Because I read the testimony, watched parts of the trial, and nothing you or MaryT keep fabricating is very compelling.
