LOL I’ve actually had to open each post individually for the entertainment factor. My ignore list was already populated with the offenders.

I imagine there was a deposition. That’s called basic legal procedure.

Good cross-examination will often seem like badgering, especially of a blatantly hostile and prevaricating witness.

Actually, we sometimes have a Christian duty to do violence. Not all violence is sin…not all inaction is commendable…sometimes it’s a sin to NOT act.

What facts are there that TM was the aggressor? The fact that TM had NO defensive wounds and GZ had plenty…the testimony given by GZ himself…and the testimony given by Rachel Jeantel stating that TM threw the first punch.

True. And Miss Jeantel showed a complete disconnection to the cultural life of court behavior. There is something missing in our government and educational programs that this generational disconnect is being perpetuated.
