Obama says that last August he had a lede about Osama hiding in a Pakistan compound. Took time to confirm.

Obama says attack on bin Laden took place TODAY.

Obama says we are not at war with Islam

Obama: After a firefight, Bin Laden was killed. Confirms US has custody of his body.

Obama: The American people don’t see the work of our intel people or know their names, but tonight we show satisfaction in their work.
 
True to my patron (see username) I refused to believe it until the story said they had DNA evidence 😊

Sadly this is not the end of al-Qaeda. They are very decentralised so bin-Laden’s death won’t really hurt the organisation.

While it is wonderful that there may be an increased sense of security here in America, I can’t rightfully celebrate his death. Yes, he did some awful things for horrific causes…but it’s still the death of one of God’s beloved. I only hope that he found God before he passed.

I couldn’t say it better myself. No matter what a person did in this life and whether his death is justified or not, it is never acceptable or charitable to celebrate his death. We must all pray for his soul.

This might be very good news for the Muslim Brotherhood who are on the rise right now. They were competitors.

I noticed the fact that it happened on Divine Mercy Sunday. Of which there’s probably a secondary message - pray for your enemies.
 
Okay seriously I am crying right now because I am just so happy!!! I know this might just sound wrong, but I have seriously never been so happy that someone is dead!! He murdered so many innocent people 10 years ago and we have been trying to find him ever since and finally he was found and cannot hurt anyone anymore!!

Osama is dead but his group still exists. I could only hope they don’t grow stronger because of this.

I was just thinking the same thing. I do not want to revel in the death of anyone.
 
Now if we can see our president dedicate his passion to ending the daily 9/11s that occur in the wombs of mothers across this nation.

The Celebrity Apprentice was interrupted with 15 minutes left to go and it took Obama almost an hour to appear with his announcement. This seems to be calculated against the Donald. The world of “entertainment as savior of mankind” is incensed.

I’ve read the millitary had a DNA exame to confirm that the body really was Osama’s. Contrary to what the CSI TV shows may suggest, it takes a few days to have the results of DNA exams. It’s never out the same day labs get the samples.
 
I am not sorry he is dead. He met a richly deserved end to his mortal life. I will, however, pray for his soul and the souls of all his victims. May God grant them all peace.

Oh, come now. When he gained enough intelligence to be certain, he ordered the attack. It’s just a coincidence.

I love John Paul II, but catching Bin Laden would be my top priority if I was POTUS
