I see plenty of outs for the pastor there. He never said who he transferred the AR to. If they were immediate family he has no problem. He could also claim it was transferred temporarily for self-defense, hunting, or target-shooting. The self-defense angle could be really interesting should he choose to pursue that.Nope.
