Planned Parenthood have to go back to 1970 to find a quote from George Bush. How many democrats have spoken out in support of Planned Parenthood and be given awards by PP in comparison to republicans?
 
Democrat Senator Ted Kennedy blocked the nomination of Robert Bork to the Supreme Court principally on reasons of the right to abortion. No matter how one tries to paint it, the Democrats nowadays including the First Lady fully push abortion as much as possible.

A SCOTUS with Bork may have reversed Roe V. Wade. The Obama administration in that budget battle a few years back would have denied pay to military groups so Planned Parenthood could be funded.

Make no mistake that since the Reagan Administration, the Republicans have largely tried to derail abortion and now we see these laws in North Dakota and other states.

People are being willfully blind if they don’t understand we are talking about the here and now and not some offhanded conversation on tape recorders FDR or Truman set up in the wake of Roe V. Wade. Sure, Nixon’s remarks are not admirable but he would be out within 2 years.

Planned Parenthood also was different in days gone by, still evil but maybe not as evil. Now it’s a Sacred Cow to the Left. And a big moneymaker, talking about big business.

Exactly, it’s a shameless comparison really, Planned Parenthood spent millions fighting Romney and practically slandering him and in Romney, you actually had someone who had stood for abortion in the past but you can always find someone wanting to defend the loathesome record of the Democrats by picking needles out of haystacks.

My own opinion is our country is suffering economically and in many other ways because of the incredible evil brought on by all the abortions that have taken place here over the years. Until this scourge is ended, I think we’ll continue to have massive problems.
 
Maybe but if you build the engine, it’s yours. Nixon, Eisenhower, Johnson et al built the PP engine.

Abortion on demand is part of their party platform. They used to endorse it claiming it should be “rare”. But that wording has been erased.

This really doesn’t surprise me at all considering that Planned Parenthood is the epitome of evil organizations. Let us all pray for their conversion that they would be loosened from Satan’s white-knuckled grip on them.
 
We need to get right to life fired up over this. This doesnt get favor from most proabortionists.

Exactly right. Nor can any sincere informed Catholic justify voting for a Democrat, imo because the Democrat party is controlled by the pro-abortion/pro-gay crowd. One might say, “but I voted for the pro-life Democrat” - but when push comes to shove, the pro-abortion/pro-gay majority controls the party.

This is really the only logical progression of their agenda.

When you get down to it the only difference between currently sanctioned abortion and state definition of murder is time.

State sanctioned infanticide is the next step.

Your statement reads as if you think that the whole of Europe is a single country.
that protocall is a policy document in 1 country: The Netherlands (AKA Holland). That is just one of many many countries in Europe.
They have a population of 16million
Europe is a continent. It has a population of 739 million. The Netherlands is therefore approximately 2% of Europe.

“Europe” is therefore an area with a population twice that of the USA. There are 57 countries within Europe, including several transcontinental countries including Russia.

EFTA is smaller and The EU is smaller still. The latter has a population of about 503 million divided among 27 member states. The netherlands represents 3.1% of that population.

Switzerland also has legalized Euthanisia. They also permit “Euthanisia Tourism” with people travelling to Switzerland to avail themselves of “Assisted Suicide” services at a specific clinic. It is not a member of the EU. It has a population of just under 8 million.

Therefore Euthenasia is legal in 1 country in the EU and 2 in Europe as a whole. That’s countries with 3% of the population of Europe, and 3.2% of the larger population of the Continent of Europe

To say that this type of euthanisia is legal in europe is much like saying that Alcohol is illegal in America… sure there are some dry counties, and some states with more restrictive laws than others.

So to say this the law in europe is like saying it is illegal to live on a boat for more than 30 days in the USA (A law in Georgia… which has 3% of the population of the USA)
or
There’s a 5 year jail term for a man who comits fornication with an unwed girl (Michigan… doto 3% of US population)

or
Its illegal to possess a lottery ticket in the USA (North Carolina)
