Look back and see how he has progressed from standing far away from you, to now standing at your door and asking or help. This is the work of our precious Lord, slowly changing your husband’s heart. Praise to the Glorious Name of the Lord. Our prayers continue for a blessed reuniting in the love of Christ. Amen! Alleluia!
AMEN

By God’s Grace … the two of you have come so far, back to each other.
I’m continuing to pray, for the both of you. :crossrc:

I am in desperate need of prayers today. The clinic called back and they need to do a over the phone interview with my husband if possible or with me if my husband gives his permission. When I told my husband that it would be sometime next week when they would get a hold of him he asked if he could give them a date he could be there and I said that they have to do some stuff before hand before they could set an appointment. He then got upset and said it wasn’t worth it and that I should just forget it. I know this is what he needs and he is worried how other people will view him. By law, he doesn’t need to tell anybody why he is going. I am very worried now and am afraid that we are going backwards. Please pray that he will find help and that I may continue to have the strength to help him help himself. I don’t want to give up.

From today’s Liturgy of the Hours:

Canticle Ephesians 1
God the Saviour

Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed us, in Christ, with every spiritual blessing in heaven.

In love, he chose us before the creation of the world,
to be holy and spotless in his sight.

He predestined us to be his adopted children through Jesus Christ,
simply because it pleased him to do so.

This he did for the praise of the glory of his grace,
of his free gift of us in his Beloved,

in whose blood we have gained redemption,
and the forgiveness of our sins.

This he did according to the riches of his grace,
which he gave us in abundance,

with all wisdom and discernment,
revealing to us the mysteries of his will,
because it pleased him to do so.

In this action he has planned, in the fulfilment of time,
to bring all things together in Christ,
from the heavens and from the earth.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen

You any your husband are still in my prayers. Praying that he will find peace in your love and forgiveness and realize that God also offers the same. Please know that we are praying for your situation and keep up your faith and hope…

Lord of love, You blessed us with Christ, the Way to Heaven. Through His teaching, You have revealed the road to Heaven. In Your Divine Wisdom You left some bumps in that road, reminders to us that we must bless Your Holy Name for both the good and the bad that befalls us. In your unfathomable mercy, speak to the heart of this prodigal husband, casting out the darkness of the evil one and replacing it with Your Divine light. May he draw ever closer to the wife which he loves, pondering first Your immense love of him. Renew the faith of his loving wife, that she may trust You with her very life, and all that follows from it. Grant this, Eternal Savior God, in the name of Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

Praying for you and your husband and all other marriages.

Remember, O gracious
Virgin Mary, that never was
it known that anyone who
fled to thy protection, implored thy
help or sought thy intercession was
left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
I fly to thee,
O Virgin of Virgins and
my Mother; to thee I
come, before thee I kneel,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions, but
in thy mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen.

continue praying.

Please keep faith strong. God loves you and your husband.

Reading everybody’s prayers and words of hope brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for continuing to pray for my husband, myself and our marriage it means a lot to me especially when I have “down days” like I did a few days ago when I said I was in deperate need of prayers. I have been praying that my doubts and fears will be washed away by having faith in the Lord. It is sometimes hard to keep hope alive, but with all the support that I have been getting and through prayer, hope lives on. I have seen God working through my husband and I pray that it continues.
We talk everyday, sometimes twice, I just wish we weren’t so far apart, but maybe this is part of God’s plan for us so that we can both heal and reunite to have a stronger relationship. My husband says he is not ready to be with me full- time yet, he is confused, but he cares for me and loves me, so I am forever hopeful. I will continue to pray for all intentions posted. May God Be With You All!

Dear Cassie;

I am praying in a mighty way for you and your husband, John. My heart knows all too well your story as I read it from the previous posts and therefore, I can be feeling exactly as you do as I pray and offer my plea to our Lord.

I pray our Lord’s favour with this marriage and I rebuke and spirits of depression in Him most Precious Name, Jesus.

God bless you so much…I offer the pain I feel on your behalf up…

Holly

Thank you for your continued prayers. We are waiting to hear from the clinic when my husbands appointment will be. He is struggling everyday, but we talk everyday and he says it helps. He will be out West until Christmas time and then he said he might be closer to home. He is still confused and doesn’t know if he wants to stay in this marriage, but I am not giving up hope. Thank you again and I will be praying for all intentions posted. God Bless All!

Your intentions will be in my prayers without ceasing.***

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen

There’s not a hard heart that love can not touch and soften. Love him as a God creature. But before forgive him and forgive you for your mistakes. I’ve been in a similar situation and I started praying and getting closer to God and everything has been changing. I’ll be praying for you. Be patient.

Continuing prayers that the Lord’s will be done, and that nothing on this earth, or under this earth will prevent it from fulfillment. Amen!

Lord let Cassie89’s husband be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT and be renewed in his heart and mind. Let him be a good and GODLY man and be a good husband to Cassie89. I thank you my LORD for this, in Jesus’s name, amen ./ John

May the Lord bless all of you! All of this going from a high to a low back to a high is part of depression. I am aware that I am not the only one who has watched a loved one go through this, but as many of you may know it really tests you. I have moments of great sadness and despair, but they don’t last very long. My husband went through the low period on Saturday when he told me that I really should move on with my life and divorce him to a high on Sunday when he asked how I was doing and to keep my head up. I have been praying daily that we both will heal and that we reconcile. I have told my husband that I can clearly see us growing old together and not divorced. I know that my actions have him really thinking because I did not throw in the towel and walk away, which in much of our society today is what many do. He told me that he doesn’t love me the way I love him, but that doesn’t bother me because men and women love in different ways. I pray for all intentions posted and for all of you who have given me words of encouragement. I thank God for the cyber family that I have here and that He may bless each and every one of you. :angel1:

:gopray: Father God continue to strengthen Cassie. Please continue to bring her to moments of peace and clarity. We pray for her husband who is suffering so. We continue to pray for his healing. We are praying that his mood swings would settle down. Let him know how much he is loved by his wife.

May the Blessed Mother Pray for us all
