Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Cassie,
Even in your pain and fear, you have touched many hearts and given strong testimony of the importance of marriage in our time of throw away families and children. Thank you.

Cassie,

I am simply in awe of you and the journey you have been on. You are a saint for persevering as you have in seeking reconciliation with your husband John, for sticking by him even when it wasn’t easy. God be praised he has realized his need for help. God be praised, that though it has taken a long time, it appears he is beginning to appreciate the power of God manifest in you through your continuing “agape” love of John. What an amazing witness to magnify the Lord our God!

Heavenly Father, you sent your Son who among so many things was also present at the wedding at Cana. All too often, like the wine at that wedding, our lives and or our marriages seem to run dry too. Yet there you are, answering the plea of Mary, Mother of our Lord and Mother of the Church. It is evident that she, along with so many of her children here who keep the commandments have been praying for Cassie and John and you have surely heard all these prayers. The changes in John are beginning to become manifest. Please, we all beseech you to continue the healing and the conversion needed for John and for the broken marriage between him and Cassie. Please also continue to heal their children in their brokenness. Fill their hearts with heavenly joy, peace, and love as you do this, just as you had the water jars filled and converted to the sweetest most delicious wine ever tasted. Grant this couple and this family to be a sign to all who struggle with the weakness of broken marriages and families that indeed your grace and power can and does make all strong in you and offers hope that the redemption of heaven does not only come at the return of Christ when he shall gather his faithful to rejoice before your heavenly throne, but that it comes now, in this life with mended and converted hearts and relationships. Grant this please, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and in the hour of our death. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed by Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, now and forever. Amen.

Cassie, I went to my very first Tridentine Mass yesterday and at it I remembered you and John (and your sons and daughter-in-law), offering up my prayers for you all and for all experiencing maritial difficulty and break-up.

Let me tell you something that has happened to make me not merely sympathise but really empathise with you and all women in this sad situation. My boyfriend (whom I love from the depths of my heart) broke up with me recently after eighteen months and I miss him terribly. Our faith in the Church differs so much but he has a heart of gold and wouldn’t know what to do without him in my life. Now I know something of how you feel (and you too, erazo): the sorrow at your break-up and the tremenous hope and love you have for your husband.

I have never intended to hijack this thread and never will, but if you could say even one small aspiration or prayer for the two of us, I would be very grateful. I continue to pray for you and all those experiencing troubles relating to their marriage.

God bless.

Please pray that my husband will let Jesus Christ enter his heart and that he will give our marriage a chance. He will be coming back the 17th to talk and I pray that time has let him search his heart and realize that he would like to give this marriage a chance. I pray that this will be God’s will.
May God Bless your husband and may all be well with him I willl remember you in my prayers
