Hello everyone. Thank you for accepting me. I am new here. I came to this site to make some Catholic friends and to request a prayer. I would like to ask those that read this post to please pray for me. I have recently come back to the Catholic church after a long absence. I would like support from all Catholics with their prayers…so that I continue living a Catholic life. I would like to ask for an extra prayer. My long-time boyfriend and I are on a break because his parents disapprove about us getting married. I would like to ask everyone to pray that he overcomes his worries and insecurities and choose to stay with me because we love each other dearly. Please pray for me. I will pray for all of you and try to be a good friend. I have been living a very poor and lonely life, but wish to change. Please help me. God bless you all.

    I have been praying with the rosary.  I would like to ask for your support.  I have been in a longterm relationship that is on the brink of an end.  I hope that both of us will be strong enough to pull through.  All the outside influences that try to pull us apart seem like a trial.  Please pray for us.  We love each other and he is willing to get baptized if he marries me.  Let's pray that he will become a Catholic if he marries me.

Hello to all of you,Hugs,Blessings to you all.Frist i would like to know have you heard any news of White Dove,do you know how she is fairing Shoshana?Thomas2 are you around anywhere?Are you doing any better?By his Grace,i have to rejoice with you about your surgery,as i have learned the joy of this my self for my sister in law Thea.Thanks to God for this gift for you both.Please keep us posted as to how your healing is comeing along,okay!Britty i will keep you in prayers for the health and surgery of your freinds mother,and her family,yes this is very stressfull for all .Fitz,i am sorry that you are going thur this time ,may God wrap you all in a blanket of his comfort.Thankyou to all that took prayers to church for all of the members here .Its a big Blessings and comfort to know that you are good careing people that go out of your way to ask God to take care of others.I want to welcome the new members,hopefully we will be able to talk with each other.God please take the best of care of the family members of loved ones that are in the military.I thankyou for God for bringing me here to this site to get to know all that i have met so far.Lord please touch the heart of all that are married and need your guidance right now.Many hearts in relationships need comfort and understanding,please help us to except your will in all these things,most of all that you are here in all we do,give us faith ,don’t let us forget.Amen.I love you God ,thankyou for all .amen.
 
Mylo, Thomas2, TrueLove, freshwater…it is good to be amongst christian friends who are praying for each other…May Mary carry these prayer requests in her mantle and bring them to the Father through her beloved Son.

Yes, freshwater, I do hear from WhiteDove. She is a beloved friend of mine and I thank God that He has put me in her path. Please continue to pray…

thomas, and all, i will say a rosary right now for all of you. let us know how you are doing thomas, and if necessary, see a doctor, they are instruments of God’s healing love too.
may our Dear Blessed Mother cover us all with the mantle of her protection, our dear Lord knows what is best for us all, and no matter what happens He is always with us.

If anyone sees this before Sunday midnight EST (approx Sunday 8 or 9am on the east coast of USA), please pray for me… I have to do this report for Software Engineering which is hard and I hate doing it and it is due soon and the group is relying on me (they’re not doing the report coz they did other parts of the project)… maybe the Holy Spirit could help me out coz I don’t wanna do this on my own…

       I pray that you achieve your goals, big or small.  But I also advise that you put some elbow grease into whatever you wish to do.  God helps those who help themselves.  

       Thank you all for your prayers.  I feel they do work.  Please keep praying for me.  As I will continue to pray for each and one of you.  I pray all day, so don't worry about keeping me busy with your requests....it's my pleasure....I feel closer to our Lord.  Of course, I do work and recently started eating...so don't worry about me.

         Bless all of you.  One day, God willing, we will meet on earth or in Heaven.  Then we can laugh together and sing with joy.  Until then, don't give up in your struggles, and continue to pray for others.... please don't forget me.  I really wish to marry Brant.  As all of you are special to me now.  He has been special to me for the past 6 years.  I truly love him. He is so beautiful to me no matter his faults.

Surely, praise the Lord. Don’t forget to give thanks. We sometimes forget to thank the Lord for things we take for granted like breathing, smiling, and walking.

My weakness is that I take many things for granted. I focus more on the negative and less on the positive. These days, I am filled with such gratitude, that everything seems to glow with love and beauty. I walk around and appreciate all the little things that I never noticed. The Lord truly is great.

I just hope that one day I can help Brant appreciate the Lord. He is sometimes amazed by my love for others… I love because the Lord allows me to love. And I love deeply because I love the Lord and what He has provided for us.

I am so glad to be back at church and closer to God. But I do miss Brant so much. I wish he would be closer to God too. Pray for us, please. Thank you. And bless you all.
 
I am offering my prayers for all at Mass today. I have jury duty this week. I really want to be chosen and I want to be the forman. Please pray that the Holy Spirit is with me this week.

And everyone else on this site. Don’t give up…prayers do work. Always give thanks… I know it might be easier said than done… but what other choice do we have but to follow the Lord’s will and thank Him for his generosity. We love you Father!!! 🙂
 
I am posting a reqest that was on another thread. This person did not know that there was a separate prayer request thread, and I wanted to help her out with more prayers for her little girl.

Continue to pray. That is how I finally married the right person and we have been married for 29 years now. I credit my prayers for making the right choice. I think God wants us with the right person and will lead us if we listen. You are in my prayers.
