Please pray for twins, Nina and Eva, born three days ago at 27 weeks gestation to Leah and Gary and 2 yo big brother Adam in NE Washington state.The girls had Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome tttsfoundation.org/ and were born via emergency c-section.

Our baby girl (Madeline) was born healthy on Friday evening. It was truly miraculous that everything worked out the way it did.

We went to the hospital expecting to deliver normally. However, the nurse felt something other than the head and thought it might be an arm or a hand. If it was a hand they would be able to deliver normally, however if it was an arm, the would need to do a c-section.

The doctor ordered an ultrasound and it was discovered that the baby was in a bad position for delivery (face first instead of head first). The nurse that took the ultrasound indicated that the baby was about 7 pounds 12 ounces. The doctor then indicated that if the baby was smaller, they could probably deliver normally, but because the baby was so big, they would need to do a c-section so everything goes properly. What the nurse likely felt was the baby’s nose.

The miracle is that during the c-section operation, it was discovered that the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby’s neck and that it might not have been caught during a normal delivery. To top it off, the baby was only 6 pounds 7 ounces so the nurse who took the ultrasound was way off in her estimate. In other words, the baby was small enough for the doctor to deliver our child normally had an acurate untra-sound reading been taken.

Mom’s coming home today! She’s been having some headaches (spine related) but they have been reduced significantly over the past 24 hours. Baby is nursing fine. 🙂
 
My wife needed to go back to the hospital today because her blood pressure is elevated as well as increased headaches.

They want to monitor whether the headaches are causing the high blood pressure or if the high blood pressure is causing the headaches.

Please pray for her health. Thank you.
 
Please pray for a lady named Janet who is very sick (suffered two strokes) and is very worried about her sons.
Her one son, is desparatly in need of a job, & her other son is involved with a girl who is involved with the occult & is a very bad influence on his daughter.
 
I’ll be grateful if you will pray for Anna who married outside the Catholic Church many years ago.Her husband died quite recently
and i hope she will now be able to return to the Church.This woman once called Lourdes water “black magic”,but when she was ill in recent years she drank a fair amount of this Lourdes
water which her sister gave her.She has daughters who were not brought up in the Catholic Church,one of whom is also needing prayers as she is very ill.
I shall remember all of you in my prayers.Thanks.
 
Please pray for my good friend’s grandad. He is in the hospital. The doctors aren’t sure what happened, something about a clogged artery near his heart, and a narrowing of a blood vessel in his brain. He is in stable condition, but that’s all the information I have right now. Please pray for his recovery.
 
Please pray for Margaret, a cyber-acquaintance who is under-going Chemo and is in much pain.

Please pray for our President as the campaign heats up and the accusations and attacks increase. Pray the both candidates maintain their dignity and discuss the issues and not each other personally.
 
Please pray for my sister that is experiencing terrible marriage problems. She has not confided in me but I found out through another person and I pray that she gets some help for her marriage. She does not go to church but I know she talks to God, so I pray that she still believes enough to do that now.
 
Please pray for my priest, Father C., who is relatively new to our parish. He is a very good priest but there are some people who want things to be more liberal who are attacking him. The other day someone called and left him a threatening message. Please pray for those who are against him to repent and for Father to have the grace to continue to do God’s will. Thank you.
 
Please say a prayer for my daughter who is taking a very important oral board today right now- that she has studied for, for several months. I pray that all she has studied she will be able to clearly articulate when the questions are asked.
 
Update: My wife is back home. She’s still having a rough recovery but is finding God moreso in the process. She has been struggling in faith much the past few years, but is “on her way home”. We prayed the rosary together for the first time in years - at her suggestion (a first in our marriage).

Your many prayers have been very helpful. God bless you all.

Update: It was a stroke, and he did suffer some brain damage. No word yet from the doctors regarding his chances of recovery. He will likely have to learn to speak and walk again. He is home now, getting plenty of rest. Please continue to keep him in your prayers.
 
Can you guys n gals when you are in Communion this evening and/or tomorrow morning please ask Jesus to remember a “special intention” offered to Him through our Blessed Mother under her title Our Lady of Victories? And if you feel up to the task, can you also add this “special intention” offered up through our Lady of Victories to your Rosaries and prayer intentions? 👍

Please pray for the family and friends of a young girl named Amanda. She died of a sudden illness and her family is grief stricken.
 
Urgent prayer and a lot of prayer is needed for my husband and his daughter: John Arellano and Brandy Arellano. He will take her mom to court October 20th and she will decide whether or not she wants to see him. She is 15 and my husband has tried to see her and has paid his child support but her mom has not let him see her even though by a court order many years ago she was suppose to let him see Brandy. Her mom and grandma possibly hate John just because of the past disagreements they have had and want to continue to hurt John by convincing his daughter not to see him. There will be character witnesses and Brandy will hear both sides. Her granma and mother will speak and so will John and his good friend as well as the wife- me. She lives with her mom and grandma so this might hurt our situation. Help us with our prayers for Brandy to see clearly that John loves her and truly wants to see her just as much as in the past when he couldn’t due to her mom and granma’s hatred. Thank you.
