Thank you for your prayers. Megan got to come home after an overnight stay. It will be about a good 6 weeks of healing yet, but she is not complaining. Such a sweet child.

Please pray for me, as I am wrapping up the last two weeks of my first semester in college, and I’m trying to study enough for all of my finals and hand in all of the required work in time.

Monday morning I am running late for work, God wanted it that way. As I come out of my bedroom to rush out the door I hear shrilling screams, my mother fell down the stairs. SHe was sprawled across the stairs with her head back. She started to fit and then swolled her tongue. By the grace of God I managed to bring her out of it and somehow got her down the rest of the stairs and laid her down on her side. She was taken by amubulance to the hospital. Thankfully she only broke her leg and didnt do any other injury and was operated on that day. She is OK now however I need prayers for her healing.

I thank God that it happened the way it did. I am normally out of the house by 7.15am, on this particular day I was leaving at 7.40am when the accident happened. Had I not been home, she wouldnt have been found for a few hours and by then it would have been too late.

Havemercy - St Joseph of Cupertino and St John Vianney are fantastic patrons in regard to studies (both were not naturally bright, but succeeded anyways). Prayers to them for a special study-related intention of mine as well.

Thanks Lily. I need them now more than ever, it has gone from bad to worse. Mum was rushed back to hospital on Tuesday night with a blood clot in her lung. Again I have to thank God for the outcome. The story surrounding my mother’s specialist appointment and the finding of the blood clot is a miracle.

She has started a drug therapy to dissolve the clot, please pray that she will heal not only her broken leg, but also that the blood clot dissolves quickly enough so we can have her home for Christmas. Thanks.

Also please pray for me to have strength and patience .
