Please pray for the soul of my father-in-law who passed away this morning. He was baptist, and has suffered from Parkinson’s Disease for as long as I have known him. Also please pray for my dh as he faces some challenging family situations ahead.

Finally, please pray that my darling daughter has a special 4th birthday today despite the sadness of those around her. May God bless her abundantly in the next year.

Urgent prayers for a mother who is undergoing heart surgery at this very moment… and for her sons who are potential Catholics…
 
Please pray that my dh and I have a safe trip to and from my father-in-law’s funeral. We fly out tomorrow morning. Also, please pray that my children stay safe with my parents (and that I survive my first real time apart from them). Thank you all so much.

As silly as this may sound, please pray for the safe return of our dog soon. There’s talk of bad weather and he’s been missing since Sunday. We love him and want him to come home!!!

Thank you for all of your prayers as dh and I made our trip back to our hometown for my father-in-law’s funeral. We had a safe trip, and despite the pain of the loss, it was a time of reconciliation and healing in several ways.

Now I ask for prayers for dh and I as we celebrate our 11th anniversary today. May God bless all of you!

She’s doing a lot better…I told her everyone here was praying for here…Keep up the good work!

Praying.

Prayers for my cousins 12 year old daughter. Megan had a sleding accident. A tree branch impaled her and she was seriously injured. Thank you Lord, it hit no vital organs, but she is a hurting little girl. They had to do surgery and insert a shunt to the wound area. 😦
 
I received a call from the father of my dear friend, and coworker just a few hours ago to tell me that her husband was killed today in a tragic accident. They have two beautiful little boys, 4 and 5 years old, she, my coworker, is only 29. I am broken, but my place is to be strong, I pray that God guides me in my words in actions to help her during this time. Please God, help me to be wise, and to know what steps I need to take. I pray for her, and her strength, that she takes care of herself… Help her to survive this, to get through this, and not lose her spirt… Her spirt and her faith. Help her to take care of herself, and to breath, and help her to just be able to sleep, and function. Please help us all who love her to be there in the best way that she needs us. I ask for prayers from the posters here and my dear friends, I know all of your prayers count for something. My friend has a heart that is so beautiful, and a spirt that is contagious, pray that she doesn’t lose this, and that God’s grace helps her to learn to manage her grief, and doesn’t break her she has been through so much lately.
