Please pray for my husband and the soul of his father, who died a year ago, today.
 
I would ask your prayers for an elderly relative. Lorraine fell on Thursday night, & is hospitalized with a fractured skull…
Such a dear lady, now in her 80s, she has been active despite fragile health.
Also for her family, who are having to travel an hour each way to visit her at Strong Hospital (Rochester NY).

Thank you. As always, all prayer requests here are remembered in my prayers.

I need some prayers please! I went over to the US for the holidays and whilst over there and since I have been back I have not been myself (spiritually).

I have so much to be thankful for and am not showing my appreciation the way I ought to.
 
My sister gave us great news Christmas Eve, I will be an aunt again end of August! 😃 Please pray that her pregnancy goes well!

please pray for a little 7 year old boy named Jonathan. His mother and 2 siblings were killed in an auto accident. He is in serious condition in the hospital.
 
Please pray for my mother-in-law, who is in the hospital with a bowel obstruction tonight. She is in a lot of pain, and is feeling miserable.

please pray for my best friend’s mom who is in CCU unresponsive. she has a fever, very low BP, and anemia.
The doctors don’t know what is causing this. Pray that the run all the necessary tests so they can give her the right medications to get her better.

also, for my dear friend who is undergoing surgery today on her neck and spine. that she recovers fully and is able to start her rehab to get back into shape.

for my grandmother who fell again and broke her pelvis on the same side she broke her hip. she is on complete bedrest until it heals. she also has dementia. Pray that our family and the medical staff will have patience with her since she is scared and confused.

For a dear friend who is going through some personal problems with his family. that everyone will work together to find a solution.

For all intentions on this thread we ask you dear Lord to hear our prayers. We thank You for your wisdom and strength to help us carry our cross in life. Please be with us now during our time of need. In Jesus name. Amen
 
Hello all,

I ask for your prayers that my wife may find some contentment and peace in the Holy Spirit. We are butting heads about religion right now, I want and need, it, she finds it oppressive and “not in touch with reality” I am sure you all know this breaks my heart, but she has agreed to go to Mass with me next week simply because she knows I want her to be there with me. (Kinda as a favor) My prayer is that it lights a spark of some kind under her, so that she may recognize the Holy Spirit Whom is seeking her.

Glory be to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, World without End. Amen!

After a mini blowup of sorts, my wife told me that she was so upset because she felt as though I was living a second life with the church etc. and thats why she was so upset, not because of the religiosity (sic) I have been practicing; and wanted me to talk to her about it. I feel that this is a direct product of prayer. I hope I am not just using wishful thinking but I am very excited and hope it leads somewhere. Please continue to pray for us and her, your prayers are already causing a change I truly believe. Thank you.

Prayers ugently needed for my best friend’s mom. Since my last post, I spoke with her today and her mom’s coded a few more times. Her dad is telling the medical team that the shocks are obviously very painful and to let her go if she flatlines again. :crying:

My friend wants the doctors to look into another possibility of the cause of the infection but they won’t listen to her or her dad. I’ve given her some information regarding patient’s rights & the right to more opinions. Please pray that someone on staff will listen to the family’s concerns and that her mother will pull through this. I know Mary is stressing over this being in NC because she has to work but she is putting on a brave front for the rest of the family.

I have added my prayers to all of yours for all these very special requests for our Lord. May you all feel some peace and healing. My uncle is 91 and he is failing and in the hospital after a surgery, right after Christmas. Please add him to your lists of prayer. He is a dear wonderful man and we want him to recover from his surgery. He still has a strong will, but of course we want the will of the Lord. It is hard for us to let go, as always. Thanks in advace to all of you!🙂 :blessyou:
