Hi PM,

All that is required for evil to flourish is for good people to do NOTHING (someone very clever…not me…said that).
This is probably the most frustrating thing about being against the Iraq War, and that’s the belief that I propose we NOTHING but blow kisses and send out positive thoughts to those who hate us. Nothing could be further from the truth. I stated before, so I won’t again, how I think we should fight the war on terror. Look it up.

The most frustrating thing about being against the Iraq War is that you posted your position on how the U.S. should fight the war on terror and no one listened? Okay, this seems a little strange to me. Let me get this straight…There you are an American in Japan (you used to be in the Army and now are teaching English to Japanese students) issuing internet policy posts on a Catholic forum about how YOU think we should fight a war on terror??? Perhaps you should send your posts to the President or the SecDef.

I’m simply giving my opinions on how I think the US should fight the war on terror. That’s all only **opinions. **Just like everyone else on this board. BTW…do you even know what I’ve said about it? So take a deeeeeeeep breath and relax. Not everyone’s going to agree with you and talk about how smart you are on a public forum like this. Breeeeth.

The way I give my opinion on how the U.S. should fight the war on terror is to VOTE–which I did. I don’t waste my BREATH or BYTES uselessly. 😃

We didn’t. In Fallugah, we gave the civilians plenty of warning, and we rooted out the terrorists who were making their city into a bomb factory and a tyranny.

But then, you know that.
Exactly. I’m saying that it is proper that we apply the rule of law to our war on terror, and save the “cloud of war” exceptions for cases when the cloud of war is really an immediate factor. Admittedly, this is a matter of degree, but preserving innocent lives on both sides is of paramount importance.

This whole enterprise calls for the wisdom of a Solomon. I don’t believe we have one such as that in the White House, but I have great hopes and prayers for those on the ground.

I would but I’ve got to watch Oprah.
