No tail tucking, some of us have to work jobs and do errands.

I have said it once, will say it again. Drag is about entertainment.
This is not about entertainment.
This is about awful people trying to defend the indefensible, diabolical abuse of children.

Back around the holidays there were woke articles in the MSM, perhaps influenced by the me too movement all the rage at the time, advising adults not to go up to children members of the extended family and hug or touch them in any way at holiday family gatherings. This pertained to the age old affection shown by family members. I’d be curious to know where the authors stand on the issue being discussed in this thread. I have not seen any comments in the MSM denouncing this kind of conduct.

Yes, it is diabolical.

He was there to read pro-homosexual books to children. To indoctrinate them. The fact that he is homosexual is tangential to his outrageously inappropriate touching, though.

There’s another showing clear crotch-to-crotch contact with a little boy. I won’t post it because it also shows the little boy’s face clearly, looking up questioningly at whoever is holding the camera. I’d guess from his expression that even that little child, in his innocence, knows something ain’t quite right.

“Entertainment” for a very jaded adult audience, maybe. At least adults can get up and walk all out.

Well if I’ve said it once I’ll say it again, drag is not appropriate for young children

Fact is before the age of seven kids are very easy to indoctrinate that’s why the deviates get to them at such a young age

Just today I’ve decided that any “drag queen” activity involving children should carry criminal penalties for all adults involved.

So you looked at the images of the man on the floor with the children then?
And?

Imagine if the man were normally dressed, masculine with no makeup and…say…wearing a MAGA hat? Would the lgbtqetc league still be trying to excuse his behaviour?

Good point. And I wonder why any lgbtqetc folks, “drag queens” or their apologists would support this man’s wildly inappropriate contact with children, since it can only reflect negatively on their cause?

Pretty much the same kind of over the top caricaturizing as the old minstrel shows, eh?

Reading over that, it makes some interesting points I never thought about as much. I’m considered feminists (as in, I care about equal treatment/respect for both men and women but also understand that we are built for different skills) and I usually never made that connection to drag queens. I’m someone who likes drag for a comedic affect (like there’s a one-off of a guy acting like a woman for a show or movie and isn’t drag queen in the show or in the history of pantomime and old theatre.
But, when it comes to drag queens, they do come off kinda stereotypical, I will admit this.

Sorry if this was off-topic, just found that type of critical thinking interesting.

Makes sense eh? The inherent misogyny, with all the grossly exaggerated speech and mannerisms? Most of these men have no sexual or romantic interest in women. Whether or not they respect women is probably case by case. But I think in general the performances are disrespectful toward women.

Just curious to know if all these tolerant parents and tolerantly educated librarians would be as accommodating to a man dressed as Davey Crockett with his decorative replica musket (part of his costume!) reading frontier books to the kids…
(I already know the answer, it’s only the things on their agenda that are tolerated).

Let’s make the comparison truly real: Davy is lying on the floor with a little boy straddling him, crotch to crotch.

Hoping that none of you want to send your sons to Harvard and have them join the Hasty Pudding Club!!

You don’t see the difference between this and drag queens reading books to preschoolers?
