What happened to the shame of sin? What is more important than life liberty and the pursuit of happiness? This years Democrat platform declares that abortion, taxation and forced toleration are most important. Has toleration become a direct first step to condoning and encouraging sinful acts? What is greater evil than condoning and supporting the killing of innocents? I cannot support those who would kill for monetary gain and do not understand the journey taken by those who do not admonish such wrong. I give less weight to what someone says they are against or would have done better… I prefer to judge by their actions and the fruit that is produced. Waste time typing rather than bringing focusto the basic truths …is that the purpose of this conversation?
 
Wasn’t there military activity during those terms? And Isn’t Mr. Trump helping to ease some of the tensions in the Middle East via the work he and his administration have done to broker treaties between Israel and Bahrain and between Israel and the United Arab Emirates?
 
Blessed are the peacemakers…thall shall not kill…honour thy father and thy constitution?..thy government?.. seek and ye shall FINE those who prefer to trust in the lord and their fellow man rather than the golden calf of government …let us help each other and defend those who need defense from injustice…why should sex workers be given special protection in the democratic platform that insists abortion should be paid for by everyone?? Faith…WE NEED SOME HEIRLOOM MUSTARD SEEDS…

Are you really equating Michelle’s mom living in the WH and taking care of the girls with Trump trying to involve his kids in as much of the WH and campaign as possible? Paying Donnie’s girlfriend d and Eric’s wife out of campaign funds contributed by the people who support him?

Not $10 but Trump did want the price of oil to go up. It actually went negative for a couple of months until he got Russia and the Saudis from overproducing.

You do understand that fair market price - one that benefits both consumers and producers is the optimal. No use having low prices that hurt producers nor high prices that penalize consumers. So wanting the price to go up is not necesssarily a bad thing when it is hurting production.

A great part of the reason prices were high under Obama was because of subsidies being paid for renewables, pipelines and offshore drilling being banned and numerous regulations imposed that weighed heavily on producers. The lower prices in his second term came because of technological innnovations in the industry such as fracking which largely occurred in spite of Obama. Under Bush the high prices came because of OPEC controlling production, even though Bush policies were mostly industry friendly.

This also addresses @RidgeSprinter’s post above.

Oil prices can be determined by state policy but also in spite of it.

So the question of “Whom had the worst increase?” doesn’t establish anything without addressing the question of why the prices increased in both cases.

The reduced prices of oil and gas in 2014 were not BECAUSE of Obama but IN SPITE of Obama’s policies. Put simply, Obama didn’t have much to do with the recovery or the drop in oil and gas prices which did drive the recovery.

The energy prices dropped because of the development of horizontal drilling in previously undeveloped shale deposits (fracking) on private lands.

There is nothing new under the sun. Other presidents, including Obama, have done as much. I don’t see why you are so outraged that a president relies on the advice of his adult children. They appear competent to me.
 
So far Trump has been pretty successful in his foreign policy. Several Arab nations have signed historic peace treaties with Israel, ISIS no longer the threat they once were. NK backed off threats. And most significantly, NO NEW WARS!!

Yes the elites both here and abroad hate him. My French cousin constantly reminds me of that.
