No.Are there any situations when the foetus could be seen as an unjust aggressor against the victim of a violent rape?

Thank you very much @JoyfulTunewhy can’t we force all men & women in the whole world to be baptized, so that they all be saved compulsorily?
Is it good to force people not murder their neighbors by law? If the answer is “Yes”, then it’s also good to force people by law not to murder babies in the womb, too.The question is whether it is good to force her to carry to term by law the unwanted pregnancy.
The woman should choose how to resolve her situation, in which her right has been offended: she has to choose between The Law of God or The Grace of God.AlNg:

Your logic does not work here.If you wouldn’t kill a child conceived in rape after he/she is born, then you can’t kill him/her before birth.
When a robber invades your house and kills your 12 year old daughter, was that God’s plan for this to happen? If it is God’s plan, do you have a right to defend yourself and kill the intruder or should you just go along with God’s plan and let him kill the other members of your family?it was still God’s plan for that child to exists.
Not always. He can be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or be mentally incapacitated in some way. He is still an unjust aggressor, even if he is not acting of his own free will and you have the right to defend yourself against that even if it was God’s plan for him to invade your house and harm your family members.,A person who breaks into your home does so of his own free will
There are no laws of this kind. This was explained in a prior post. There are also no laws “forcing” persons who accidentally become pregnant ouside marriage. There are only laws punishing crimes.Forcing by law a victim of rape,
Perhaps she feels she made an error? If killing prior to birth is ok, then it must be ok after. The fact that the child exist, his mom has made a choice to carry him to term. When she has made this choice, ofcourse she should not suddenly change her mind after the child is born.
Do you know that God asked Moses to build “the city of refuge” for people who kill his fellow human unintentionally and/or because of self defense? The person who flee to this city cannot be punished the same way as a murder case.JoyfulTune:

Sorry, but I didn’t get your point within this argument. I assume that it was God’s plan for the baby to exist because He is the Giver of life. I didn’t utter that people suffer because of God’s plan or other person’s fault.EugeneCharles:

Neither is relevant to the killing of the unborn - the aggressor is long gone.for people who kill his fellow human unintentionally and/or because of self defense?
What crime a rape victim being accused of?There are only laws punishing crimes.
She has chosen to go through 9 months pregnancy and labor pain.JoyfulTune:

The city of refuge in the bible proves that not all killing cases is punishable by murderJoyfulTune:

Probably you should ask God that question: why do we carry adam sin? Because we are heir of our parents according to the Torah. Why should a child be condemned for the sins of their parents?
True.Just because the child is a product of a crime against God does not mean it is invalid and deserves to be terminated.
No.Take children born out of wedlock, such as myself. Is my life less valuable?
God detest evil. You have to keep in mind that God does not control evils
Exactly my point.he does not control us, as we have free will.
None. Are the parents of a severely handicapped child charged with a crime? Is that why they may not terminate that child? What crime a rape victim being accused of?
Nonsense. His crime is rape. Who chose to kill the child?Murder? That is the rapist crime, not the victims crime.
Great. But noone argues otherwise. The city of refuge in the bible proves that not all killing cases is punishable by murder
Has nothing to do with abortion. Abortion is always a purposeful murder of a human being.Do you know that God asked Moses to build “the city of refuge” for people who kill his fellow human unintentionally and/or because of self defense? The person who flee to this city cannot be punished the same way as a murder case.
Please read Numbers 35
I don’t think so. Some states have parental rights for the rapist, so in those states the mother has to relive her brutal and violent degrading suffering each time she has some legal business with the man who raped her. So it is not just a matter of nine months of torment in carrying the child of the rapist. It is 18 more years of mental misery and agony as she has to make time to give the child over to the rapist father as he is exercising his parental rights. This mental pain and suffering that the victim of rape has to endure for 18 years does not go away by people making jokes about elastigirl.Oh really you are stretching so far you’re practically Elastigirl here.
