That argument is as wacky now as it was the first time you used it.Not to mention that giving an “exception clause” for adultery seems absurd–all a spouse needs to do in order to convince himself he can divorce his wife “validly” is to cheat on her.
You say you are catholic. The catechism recognizes the difference between the guilty and innocent parties to a divorce. Why can’t you recognize the difference?
