is there such a thing ?? in if so how can someone fall into something like that?

Try googling “Catholic Integralism”, is that what you mean?

Why would you be convinced of that?

Also, if you are going to mention @GracePoole, it would be courteous to tag her so that she can respond.

And for what possible reason…

As to the OP, I think there likely are “radical” forms of every religion. Maybe even every hobby, career, etc. What brought on this question?

Christianity, by its very nature of opposing our fallen nature, by opposing the world, is radical.

As to other uses of the term, there are obedient Catholics and disobedient Catholics. Trying to nuance this into the trendy “shades of gray” introduces murkiness and confusion. That is not of God.

You were saying…?

One concern I have as a Catholic is that sometimes some Catholics seem to be married to the Church more than to Christ. Please don’t attack me but my belief is that it’s more about your personal relationship to God than just being Catholic. It’s the interior life not our exterior life.

For the same reason I would not @ her on twitter, unless I was doing it to get her attention, and I didn’t write it to get her attention. I wrote it as a little joke, and I knew it would be deleted very quickly.

On Twitter it’s known as subtweeting and it’s generally seen as poor form.

To suggest people can actually live after death is pretty radical I’d say.

From the perspective of someone who says they are Catholic but act nothing of the sort, being a practicing Catholic would seem pretty radical.

I have never understood why some people on twitter make a claim then say “don’t @ me”. Do you know what this means?

You weren’t asking me (unless it was a general question to anyone who might know) but I think, although I am not completely certain, it’s when somebody makes a statement they know could trigger a lot of responses and it’s their way of saying they are not interested in hearing them.

That’s my understanding as well, @Dolphin.
