Yeah because apparently the Constitution says explicitly in Article III that the SCOTUS is not to determine the Constitutionality of laws…nope they are there just to ceremonially throw decisions back in the people’s face for them to decide.Funny you understood the dissenting opinion represented a potential decision declaring the entire law unconstitutional.
In a way, CJ Roberts dared the voters to do just that - vote, and in fact commented as such after making the decision which, by the way, actually followed a specific and well established court precident, a hallmark itself of a conservative court. One might ask why the other conservative justices did not see it that way, as well.
So, we should say to ourselves - do the voters have the guts to do what is necessary to repeal this law?
