If your values include “gay marriage,” the right to kill innocents and bloated, bureaucratic government programs that stifle freedom and human dignity, then Obama is your man.

And, if one’s values include obeisance to a spectacularly rich man with no concern for the poor, then the GOP candidate may well be the best choice.

I am not in any way bigoted. I find that a most hurtful and un-Christian assertion. Simply because I do not agree with your political views doesn’t make me a bigot. I’ve had to endure real bigotry in my converting to Catholicism, so you obviously don’t even understand what it is.

Cardinal Dolan may not understand the Mormon faith’s teachings with regard to abortion, contraception and divorce. The Cardinal is obviously very learned in the Catholic faith, he does not seem to be learned in the Mormon one (understandably).

Please give Cardinal Dolan the benefit of the doubt. As an intelligent man (and a New Yorker!), I’m sure he is quite knowledgeable about Mormon beliefs as well as those of other religions.

This is true,Howerver,refusing to ever take any responsibility,even after nearly four years,blaming the former occupier for everything and anything is not very presidential.Add to that,GW has been very gracious in not counter attacking Obama for his endless blame game.Even as the sitting president,he didn’t go after the media for their constant attacks.Bush was a statesman,Obsma,just likes the props that come with this office.He can’t be bothered to actually do anything other than hobnob with the celebrity crowd,globetrotter,apologizing to the world,bowing to princes,on and on…

Success, in the re-election sense, is getting discussed more than your opponent while his polling is NOT leaving you behind in the dust…

Success as a president? The economy is recovering, jobs are slowly but surely being created, the country still manages to get governed despite a Congress that recently returned to work just so it could send itself on vacation again, and the sky hasn’t fallen in the Middle East…oh - and there are a few less bad guys in the world and a few less nightmares about medical bills bankrupting families… I’d say that’s not a bad scorecard.

The bowing part made me chuckle…bet he learned that from Bush’s Saudi photos.

Not sure how you can go right back to Carter to blame the economic meltdown on (and you may well be right) and AT THE SAME TIME criticize Obama for blaming his immediate predecessor! Sometimes it’s really hard to keep a straight face around here…
