I believe the women. I do not believe Roy Moore. I hope and pray the people of Alabama have the good sense not to elect such a person to the Senate.
Women should be believed but not men? That’s sexist.

When you have multiple women making the same allegation, you’re left with either considering the balance of probabilities, are basically invoking some version of the Cosby Defense; which amounts to “They’re all liars out to get him!”

It didn’t wash for Cosby, isn’t washing for Weinstein or Spacey, so why should Moore be treated any differently?

Bill and Hillary Clinton are the standard [i.e., flag] bearers of the Democratic Party.

And it is a double standard.

For many years and to the present date, Roy Moore has been and is a bible quoting pro-life Republican.

His opponent is a pro-abortion Democrat.

So, who do you want in Congress?

Innocent until proven guilty.

Statute of limitations.

No criminal charges ever brought.

[There are church rules against bearing false witness, against calumny, against gossip, and against other false accusations. I strongly urge people who are bringing those allegations to talk to their confessor.]
Whoa now. Someone posted this earlier today and I think you should read it carefully.

How would she know where he lived unless he brought her there?
Actually, i don t see this as all that hard to find out. Things like real estate transactions and property tax records are public record, available at the county clerks office (at least where i live) and online. i have been able to find quite a bit of information, like previous and current addresses, about the previous owners of my house this way (i has suspicion they were still using my address for some strange reason). I’m not saying this woman did this, but i am saying its not as hard to find out as you seem to think.

This is nothing more than red herrings and misdirection. Isn’t there are forum rule about sticking to the topic of the thread. If you want to start another Clinton thread, go right ahead.

I’d rather talk about how you call several women, former Moore colleagues and other people in the community liars. Let’s get this right back on topic.

There can be some justification if the primary goal is to protect the public. Establishing patterns of behavior are sometimes useful in this regard.

Too bad they don’t teach moral theology any more.

Democrats NEVER get rid of questionable candidates.

I mean the Democrats LOVED Ted Kennedy … and he killed a girl.

The “Republicans” preferred Hillary over Trump.

So what are YOU going to do?

And more whatabouttery. If you wish to start a thread about the Democrats’ response to sexual assaults, please do so.

Now, on to the topic of Roy Moore, do you feel it is fine for a man in his 30s to sexually assault a 14 year old?

Multiple women making the same allegation. They told people close to them it happened around the time that it happened.

And they didn’t know each other.

Even the governor of Alabama believes the women, but she’s going to vote for Moore anyway.

It’s a race to the bottom.

Logical Fallacy: Loaded Question
It’s not a loaded question. Roy Moore has been accused of sexual activity with a 14 year old girl. Is it right or is it wrong?
