Just accept it. I’ve been telling you the Pope accepts and admires pro-choice candidates even if he doesn’t agree with everything they stand for. There are other issues to be considered. Rationalization. Of course a lot of speakers will be there. They aren’t going to hold a conference and invite one person only, but Sanders will meet personally with Pope Francis.

Pope Francis is not endorsing any candidate. It seems like an endorsement, and it will be accepted as such by many, that is certain.

I don’t think Pope Francis endorses US political candidates, but he did call Sanders a “great leader,” and that’s something Sanders can be proud of.

In all fairness, Lily didn’t say the Pope endorsed Sanders, only that he likes him. No one can say there is an endorsement unless there is a formal statement from the vatican, but surely people are going to draw their own conclusions.

I’ve been away from this thread for a lot of pages, so forgive me if this is something that has already been said but is out of place.

There is no way the Pope is going to endorse any political candidate, let alone a Pro abortion Jewish atheist.

I’m not sure if Pope Francis will be in Rome at that time because as I reported earlier from Deacon Greg Kandra, Pope Francis is going to Lesbos around that time but The Blaze is not accurate when it claims that there will be a meeting between Bernie Sanders and Pope Francis because no such meeting has been confirmed with Bernie Sanders:

The only thing we know is that Vigano will no longer be nuncio, and that he is retiring. There’s no statement from the Vatican, other than he’s reached retirement age and will be replaced.
