There’s a lot of difference between jailing crooks and jailing religious sisters.

No one has suggested to jail those sisters. And the so-called “crooks” have committed one “crime” only: they oppose Trump — who, of course committed tax fraud, insurance fraud, etc. Yes, he has not been convicted of these crimes - YET - only because the DOJ decided to become his personal defenders. Hopefully, in 8 days the situation will change, and then next February the proper procedures will commence!

I realize Democrats want to jail Trump and don’t care how they do it. He has committed the unforgivable crime (in their eyes) of being prolife. I think the Mueller debacle proved they’ll attempt anything. If they could have found a crime, they would have at least said they did. But they didn’t. But I do expect the Democrats, if they win, to prosecute and persecute all opposition, including the Little Sisters of the Poor. Biden has promised to force them to violate the teachings of the Church or quit their charitable work, and I’m sure he will.

You “realize” incorrectly. The states’ AG’s found valid and legal cause to prosecute, and they are sworn to uphold the law, impartially. Mueller was muzzled by Barr, and was not allowed to finish the investigation. And it had NOTHING to do with Trump’s alleged “pro-life”.

But I do expect the Democrats, if they win…

Do not “expect” anything. None of us are prophets or seers.

And again: NO ONE has suggested to jail the Sisters. If you wish to denigrate others, at least attack what they say and DO, not what you “expect” them to do.

Just proves my point. Some prosecutor decided to claim Trump is guilty of crimes and may yet prosecute him. But that doesn’t mean he did anything any more than the Mueller investigation proved any. The left has been after Trump since he decided to run, and it’s exactly about abortion…nothing else. Abortion is the whole Democrat program. They have no intention of doing the “Green New Deal” or “Bidencare” or free tuition or any of the other things they are promising people. It’s like Obama telling people the government would pay for their gasoline.

Obama’s mandate would have fined them heavily. If they continued in operation without providing abortifacients, they would be subject to criminal prosecution. Nothing is more important to the Dem party than abortion and they would definitely jail truly religious sisters if they could.

The Dem party is anti-Catholic, as the DNC itself has admitted.

You gotta be kidding. “Decided to claim”? Had no evidence, no reason except personal animosity toward Trump, and just decided to claim without any evidence? That would be a felony on its own. And your accusation is calumny.

But that doesn’t mean he did anything any more than the Mueller investigation proved any.

If the prosecutor is prevented by his superior from investigating and bringing charges, the whole process becomes a charade. You forget about the charges and convictions brought against the co-conspirators. Due process, found guilty. Trump ONLY escaped because the DOJ declared that the sitting president is “above the law”.

Even if it is true (and there is no evidence for the “would have”), it would not be incarceration. No one has ever proposed to “lock them up”. That is the attitude of SOME of Trump supporters. Alongside with the ones who chant: “Jews will not replace us!!”
