I wonder how he’ll make them pay. He doesn’t like disloyalty.
 
After January 20th he won’t have any means to do so. Could be interesting till then, but methinks the pleasantly plump lady just sang the final aria of this comic opera.
 
Legislatures of the swing states Biden won, could put out alternate slate of Electors. But I don’t think they want the riots that would result.

Then there is OBJECTIONS to the Elector counts in the same swing states on Jan 6th.

Not anymore - their governors have all already approved the slate of electors won in the election.

If they were to appoint their own slate, Congress is obligated to accept those submitted by the governor.

Yes. If one member of the House and one member of the Senate objects the electoral votes of a particular state are put to a vote of each house. It requires a majority of BOTH houses to reject the votes sent by the governor. Since Democrats control the House, this would just be a waste of everyone’s time. But hasn’t this all?

SCOTUS has now rejected every claim to come before it, along with every other court in the country. A big nothing.

No this won’t mean the end of anything. This will go on for years among the right.
 
A very popular traditionalist priest is openly calling for Biden to repent of his “mortal sin” of stealing the election. Sincere well meaning people believe this stuff. I honestly don’t know how to process it all.
 
Voting Republican seems to be a very common thing among the Latin Mass goers. Last time I attended an FSSP Mass (2017) the priest referred to Russia as one of our allies. Never went back there.
 
Congratulations America on the consistent honesty with which your judiciary has supported the democratic process.

This is not, of course, the end. All democratic nations face the threat from anti-democrats. Somehow we have all to discover how to end the dangerous polarisation of politics. The far Right and the far Left may think they are campaigning for freedom and justice, but by dividing the public consensus and pulling the population apart they are damaging our futures.
