Scrupulosity ending Faith

Idk who still frequents here but i need emergency prayers because scrupulosity has me up the wall and in confusion. i’m getting a spiritual director for the faith and have a psychiatrist for OCD. I’m desperate for relief and i’m not even sure if i’ll wake up Catholic tomorrow.
