Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.

As we forgive those who trespass against us.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

I am scheduled today for a PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scan for cancer activity. In preparation for it, I am injected with irradiated glucose. Cancer cells love sugar, as they use the energy to divide. The scan then takes an image of the body, noting any concentration of the radioactive glucose. As a result of these scans, I have received about 13 years of average radiation. The scan itself can cause cancer! The point: I must trust the Lord in everything. This is His constant message to me. As always, I am grateful for your prayers, and ask the Lord to bless you at the same time. May God, in His mercy, sustain each of you in His love this day. Amen!
