This is why we have priests for Confession.
That is good for many, just wouldn’t make such help an exclusive institutional sacrament. That is, to say there is no valid forgiveness of sin otherwise.

Nothing exclusive about it. Anyone can become Catholic, anyone.

Again, a seperation is required for judgements. One can be judged in ministry and be rewarded as such, apart from eternal judgement .
Not in any of the Church Fathers. Eigesis.
but still remain “saved”, not lose his salvation. To Biden this, " Come on man",
You can lose your salvation for being a bad steward.

Remember the parable Jesus told about the servant put in charge of Jesus’ property?

Yeah right.

James has an explicit instance where Apostles remit sins
Yes but not as confessors but praying for the sick.
You can lose your salvation for being a bad steward.
So do defrocked pastors/ priests lose
there salvation?

Anyways, even many Protestants agree because one can lose there salvation being bad period. Not sure that does away with losing rewards but still being saved by the skin of your teeth, as if by fire.
Except baptism is a work of God.
Is there a good work that is not attributable to God’s grace in and thru us, His work in us?

Yes we do.
Thank you took a look…pretty good article. I only saw one thing that stuck out. As a Protestant, which he was, I have been taught that Israel was intended to be a nation of priests at first, but beacause sin that was forfeited (put on hold for us?) and instead priests were only from one of the twelve tribes (Levi). The article seems to not have this point, though he covers Protestant views. He indicates a double priesthood, the universal and the ministerial, thereby justifying the present Catholic understanding. With no change from OT covenant.

But thanks for article. Saw a new thing or two for the first time .

Judgement always means heaven or hell.

Even for Christians.
And when do you go to heaven/ purgatory or hell? Is it immediately upon dying? Or do we soul sleep till the last judgement or that great day?
What is the white throne judgement?

Nope. You don’t baptize yourself.
I was not a participant? Did I do anything?

“Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 2:37 KJV
