Nobody said the Word was null and void. On the contrary, the post you were quoting said that Scripture was important. Of course the Word of God is enough - He’s Jesus Christ. The Bible’s just one of the ways that he has revealed Himself to us.
As we’ve explained - he’s not. So maybe somebody once or twice referred to the Pope that way. But that’s not a title of the Pope. Period. I’d guess that fewer than 5 of the 1 billion Catholics in the world would ever refer to the Pope that way.
Not everything is, no. As I’ve explained, Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition go hand in hand, as interpreted by the Magisterium.

I Timothy 3:15: But if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
(the Church is the pillar of the truth. Not the Bible, although the Bible is true.)
II Thessalonians 2:15: Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.
(Note the importance of traditions passed on by word of mouth, in addition to writings.)
II Peter 1:20: …that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation…"
