Sudden bursts of anger and aggression. Help!

I don’t hate it, but I don’t find it therapeutic or distracting as many people seem to do.
 
I know what I said it – that I despise it, and I bet many people do as well, but they still exercise. I stopped. It doesn’t seem to have the effects for me that it does for others. Again, it doesn’t necessarily make me feel more relaxed. I don’t feel myself releasing endorphins. Nothing.

Not to sound like a broken record, have you looked at SoulCore? It is not a cardio workout, but, something to encourage relaxation and meditation. Heck, they have some free stuff available right now, could not hurt to give one video a look?

 
The body was made to move. We were hunters and gatherers after all. Even a 30 minute walk a day provides great therapeutics.
