Ahhhhhhhh… yes. An** ill**egal. An illegal that commits a felony -is comitting a crime on top of the crime of being here Illegaly in the first place. White, black or what ever color. This fact needs to be dealt with first, methinks. This will help in dealing with the- hello- terrorists - as well - yes? We all remember the egregious stories of how the terrorists of 911 infamy, were here* illegally* - yes? Let us not minimize this aspect for the sake of our discussion.

This is where the current administration is not just failing, but is indeed, being an activist, IMHO, for the accelerated presence of illegal persons in the country, IMHO. The Democrats in general, advocate for such to garner votes-*whatever the ramifications of detrriment are to the general populace. *

Remember the ‘Motor-voter’ bill that was advocated by Democrats? The bill that said, essentially, if you have a liscense, you can vote . Let us also not forget how the Liberals want to change our very terminology from illegal immigrant to ‘undocumented immigrant’ So very typical of the Democrats.

Good Greif.

We need a process in place to get people here legally that works. Why? Because the current process of creating Illegals only serves to create an exploitable and often criminal populace.

Yes we do. But the solution is not to try and deport 11 million people nor is it to pass laws that will disproportionally effect people who dont “look” American

But do illegals disproportionately consist of people who dont “look” American? (Whatever an American looks like) For every Asian deported, for instance, do we have to deport some black person or not deport the Asian? Do we have to deport one illegal Pole for every Hispanic? (If we do, who will do the auto mechanic work in Chicago?..joking)

This makes no sense at all. Where is the guy with the chalk and blackboard when you need him?

I believe that is Bob’s point. The people who will be questioned the most will most likely be those who are Hispanic/Latino in looks…an American Latino looks no different than a Latino who is here illegally. White people will typically not be questioned unless they have a heavy accent or don’t speak English, but based on looks, no one would stop them.

I say we start with the Kenyan in the white house! JUST KIDDING!

Yes…only white people. Why? Evidently if those people are living in AZ,then evidently many who live in AZ are racists-right? Not saying everyone is but many are due to experiences. I personally experienced it a dozen of times and saw it done to others. Why is this so hard for many to accept? It still goes on and to think for a minute that elected officials cannot be racists is to live in denial.

So…Estes Bob. Would you advocate for Polices that prohibit even more illegals from entering the Country to stop the madness? Or… would you just say let everyone, criminals, terrorists, drug smugglers, gang bangers, and human traffickers enter, so they can all vote?

This is such an important point - often glossed over. But remember it is NOT just this current administration who is guilty. The Bush years saw a marked increase in illegal immigration and a decrease in enforcement and he worked long and hard for mass amnesty. And the 11 million number that is so casually tossed around is false by most estimations as this figure has been used for decades and never is revised to reflect the continued influx of illegal entry. Every American should ask themselves WHY both political parties have advocated this - that at least 20 million foreign nationals (some say it is much higher) will change the political and social landscape cannot be denied. IMHO, anyone who believes the common answers that have been given, is extremely naive.

you have no reason at all to believe that other than a prejudice that somehow police will concentrate on people who “look Latino”. It may be observed, of course, that a lot of Latinos don’t “look Latino”. (or what some think Latinos are “supposed” to look like. It may be realized too that a number of the officers will, themselves, be Latino in ethnic origin. Who are they going to discriminate against?

In passing I might mention that I know a Hispanic man who works in law enforcement. He somehow can tell who is likely illegal and likely not. I’m not too sure how he does it, but his ability is awesome. He bases his conclusions on the kinds of responses they give to questions, their demeanor, even what they’re wearing. He seems to have little difficulty in knowing who’s who, and I’m sure there are plenty of law enforcement officers with sufficient experience to make good judgments. There is simply no reason to think they’ll hassle all Latinos.

One can think what one wants about the motivations of the various politicians. They might not all be the same, and probably aren’t. It needs to be remembered that during many of the Bush years, employment was so high that many regions had “negative unemployment”, that is, not enough people to do the work of any kind. Immigration reform was as big a problem then as it is now. My suspicion is that Bush “solved” it by just looking the other way when it came to Hispanics. As a Texan whose brother is married to a Hispanic, I can see how he might have felt a “Hispanic preference” to be just the thing.

With Obama, it might be different, and probably is. Obama does not have the labor shortage Bush had. Far from it. So one has to think of other possibilities. One possibility is that he saw Bush’s popularity with Hispanics, attributed it to his lax policies and decided that he could get more votes by taking it a step further.

I have no love for Republicans* in general*. However, at this point, I will vote for most of them (pro -Life ones.) The democrats, as I heard on the Catholic Radio channel, is the “Party of Death” IMHO, at this juncture.

They talk about the War on Women by Republicans, but ignore their very own War on Life and War on Freedoms and War on Religion.

Erroneous, extreme descriptions of illegal immigrants. Most of those descriptions are legal citizens of this country. Most undocumented immigrants are educated and skilled workers.
