At least 4 dead…at least 12 casualties…3 police shot at Jewish Synagogue in Pittsburg…shooter in custody
 
It is the violence of a madman, whether they be right or left wing is irrelevant. Trump is now addressing the issue on television. At least 8 murdered. Prayers for the victims and their families.
 
It is the violence of a madman. Absolutely. Whether it be right or left wing is unknown and shouldn’t be the focus currently. I don’t think we can say whether it will become relevant in the future.

The shooter posted online that a Jewish immigrant resettlement organization was behind the migrant caravan, that they were bringing invaders that are going to kill “our” people, and that he was going in to stop them.

It is simply news. Sad news-world news, but does not need to be flagged. Instead ask the we all pray for them.
 
Are you serious? And the left isn’t violent at all? Do you not remember the Bernie supporter shooting Republican congressmen at a baseball game last year? Do you not remember Ron Paul being violently attacked by a leftist? Do you not remember white powder being sent to Eric Trump? Do you not remember leftist protesters rioting after Trump’s election? Do you not remember top Democrats actively encouraging mobs?
 
This was far right and has nothing to do with American conservatism.

It means that you can’t claim it has nothing to do with American conservatism when the attack was motivated by the issue American conservatives are currently obsessing over.
 
But it has nothing to do with any issue. I’m not seeing the correlation you’re trying to make here, between the caravan crisis and this shooting.

I’m not making any correlation, the shooter did. He believed attacking this synagogue was going to stop the migrants.
 
Ok? So conservatism in the U.S. is responsible for this? Is liberalism in the U.S. also responsible for last year’s shooting of a Republican congressman by a Bernie supporter?

I think both sides should realize the level of invective isn’t healthy. People of good faith can have disagreements, even heated ones, without hyperbole and vitriol.
