I think poverty and fatherless broken families are a great predictor of crime, whatever the race.

I don’t think one race is more genetically predisposed to crime but black people suffer from a higher rate of poverty and fatherlessness.

Now answer my question. Are black people genetically more predisposed to crime?

It’s a simple yes or no.

They just suffer it from, it just magically happens with no agency whatsoever. That still does not answer my question. Do blacks commit murder at a higher rate than whites or are whites just better at hiding the bodies?

Free will is not a factor. People act on ideas and beliefs, but it is a question of how those ideas and beliefs come about. Blaming “free will” or “individual actions” is the same as just saying “it happens because it happens.” It is redundant.

We are getting somewhere when you talk about culture. What culture is this, and where do you think it comes from?
 
Sure, I’d say a lot of it is environment… and the environment is negative in that.
 
Black culture and judging by that helpful chart published by the Smithsonian museum of African American history, it involves being as different from what they deem “white culture” as possible.
 
In his defence he is now blaming “culture”, which is a much more standard and safer explanation that a lot of conservatives offer.

That might explain recent immigrants from some other country who brought a foreign culture with them. But it does not explain blacks whose culture is as American as anyone else’s. Let us remember that immediately after the civil war, black culture was what was left of the culture imposed on them as slaves. The black culture of 1865 was most certainly the result of racism by whites. And what has happened since 1865? Well, they started out behind and have caught up somewhat, but have never in 155 years completely equaled whites in economic wealth. If that is due to culture that was initially imposed by whites, how can we blame them? At some point it must be admitted that one of two things is true. Either (1) blacks are inherently weaker at rising out of their white-imposed culture and creating a better one, or (2) blacks just have never had the chance to catch up. Either way, it is an expression of racism.

So reading between the lines, it is your belief that black culture is inherently more violent… but you won’t say why?
…obviously a vicious cycle of crime and poverty, resulting from centuries of oppression, is a major factor here. Black men were being lynched just for being black a blink of an eye ago - within living memory… to say that all of that hatred against blacks just magically disappeared, and all the consequences magically disappeared, is insane.

Perhaps if we didn’t assume all whites are racist and everything that happens to any black person is due to racism, we could think about this issue more clearly and come up with solutions that work.

Again, if anything is racist, it’s Planned Parenthood, it’s the law concerning the right to life. Look to that party who is so supportive of this. Systemic racism, it would be hard to even try to be this destructive. It’s the leaders of nations like Canada and the US in the past, sending monies to abort babies in 3rd world countries. Looks a lot more like racism to me.
