It sounds lovely! perhaps you could post just a wee slice at Easter time DL.
Cheesecake or Pavlova? Cheesecake, I think. My southern relatives never care how much they weigh. They only care if the food tastes good. They are all wonderful cooks, whereas I donāt cook at all.Knowing the family recipe, I think it would be difficult to add anything to it successfully. Itās a good old southern recipe from the days before anyone down South believed in āwatching their waistline.ā Very, very few people can eat more than one smallish slice at a time.
Strangely, there is no diabetes or heart disease in my family, on either side, so I hope Iām not the first! Most of my relatives just wear out and die from old age (over 100). Two did just never wake from general anesthesia in the hospital, though, but one was 92 (uncle) and the other was 102 (grandmother). I have good genes, trying to make the most of them!My relatives eventually had to care, a few heart attacks later. (Granted, the old southern tobacco habits didnāt help either.)
But not for long(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)
