See I don’t see that as disrespectful. I find it unusually witty for that crowd.
 
I find it truthful. The last four years has been an entertaining Chaotic circus.
 
Personally,I prefer a covenant controlled neighborhood. The overall integrity it provides is worth putting up with some of the minutae that comes with such restrictions
 
Do they allow you to decorate during Halloween and Christmas or are there restrictions associated with that as well?

I do my house up for both. People stop to admire my Halloween stuff the most.
 
No they don’t restrict decorating of any sort. They aren’t oppressive but the guidelines insure the integrity of our neighborhood is maintained. Any changes to the exterior of the homes has to be submitted prior to such changes.No fences other than spilt rails,etc.I like it.Is a pretty neighborhood
