Because the Liberal Left and the MSN likes it that way. Anything that a “minority” does, that you do not agree with, or find fault with, or that does not conform to the Liberal agenda, or that you disapprove of automatically transforms you into a racist or one with racist tendencies. Therefore, “racist” becomes anything that the liberal Left defines it to be, regardless of what promoted your observation. Blacks and Hispanics are “oppressed” ergo: they cannot be racist or motivated by other than pure motives arising out of repression. This frees them of any responsibility for their actions. Get it? Disapproval of Sodomy and devient sex will garner the same reaction from those quarters. However, that tactic only works if you fear words such as “racist” or homophobe," which I do not.

So do I. Let DA Corey look at ALL angles and witnesses and facts (something the Sanford police refused to do at the beginning)and let her make her decision whether to prosecute or not.

personally, I have a feeling she will go forward with it. I’m not the only saying that. The fact that that she refused for this go to a grand jury speaks of her leaning in that direction. Most legal experts I’ve seen say that usually, when DAs want things to “go away,” they let a grand jury deal with it so theycan dismiss and let the DA off the hook. Not this DA, apparently.
It is said she very rarely uses grand juries anyway. Ultimately, I guess she’s sending the message that thedecision will be HERS alone.

The thing is, PLEASE don’t say there is no cause to go forward with an investigation here. A lot of people unfortunately (here and otherwise) have been suggesting that-----I simply thought you were sounding like you were one of those who are saying-----“nothing to see here, folks. Move along. I trust totally the Sanford police department.”

If you were not, I apologize.

Whatever your feelings here (pro or against or just neutral) the police did not do a thorough investigation and dropped the ball. They did not question all witnesses and apparently simply took GZ’s word for it.

That’s all TM’s parents want----besides an arrest. Let the courts and a jury determine what happened after that. And elave the race-baiters out of this. Even TM’s parents have condemned the Black Panthers and other race-baiters.

And that is even true when the left refers to people such has Dr. Condalisa Rice in the most negative stereotype, (see Harry Belafonte, Danziger, Oliphant and Trudeau).

Trafficking in racist imagery is consequence-free for liberals because they have ruined charges of “racism” with their own overuse of the term. By now, any accusation of racism has the feel of a Big Foot sighting.
 
In the meantime George Zimmerman’s attorney’s just resigned because they lost contact with him. I’d bet my next paycheck he’s in Peru!

They were running into some ethics trouble anyway; the Florida Code of Ethics says you’re supposed to avoid anything that looks like testifying, and they were doing that.

I wonder how they lost contact with him. Strange.

If you’ll notice they said they would continue to represent him as soon as he gets in touch with them. It’s possible they did the press conference to get the message to him to contact them, since phone calls, texting, etc hasn’t worked.

Edit: Sorry, just realized I read a different article regarding the attorneys.😊

Maybe both. They may have been talking him into a plea deal that he didn’t want to take… or he may be guilty of a crime. We really don’t know.

It would have been a good course of action had she actually made a decision. I have never heard of a case like this taking a tenth of the time this prosecutor is taking just to come to a decision to file charges or not. Usually charges like this are filed within a day, or a week, not on an order of months. I would be more impressed with here willingness to make the call if she would actually, you know, make the call. If you haven’t done it, then don’t boast about how you make this decision yourself.

Hmm. . . I didn’t know if the time frame was normal or not. So, yes, a more speedy decision would be better and calm this whole thing down.

I understand that she is respected though, at least that is what the news is saying.

Maybe he did skip the country, as someone suggested. I hope nothing has happened to him, that nobody got to him since that is possible too, I suppose.

The lawyers also mentioned his emotional health. Media attention can really get to people. Hopefully he hasn’t done anything rash.
