The media lies consist in taking something out of its proper context and blow it up to unreal proportions. His daughter Ivanka loves and respects him, despite what you and others think. So in your opinion, she should despise him? You all would wish for that to be true, because you despise the man. But somehow somewhere the man has the grace for a loving daughter, actually two loving daughters and three loving sons. Deal with it.

It’s roughly six-fold better odds than betting some number in roulette. Yet people do that and, from time to time, win.
There have been many post mortems on the polling in 2016. This one by Nate Silver is probably the best. 538, at the end, had the outcome at ~3:1 for HRC. One point touched on too briefly in the article is the shift in the last week toward Trump. And that the polls were better than the reporting on them. Still there were more than a few number of states that voted outside of MoE - enough to flip the result in the state and flip the election.

So? That’s a pretty lame defense of Trump. “My man beat out a supporter of mass baby murder”. When you set the bar that low… why sure. If you admit Trump is a dangerous, incompetent joke of a president, but still better than supporters of baby genocide, then we are on the same page.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t even the first time in the last 24 hours that I’ve reiterated that criticism of Trump does not equate support of Obama or Clinton. “Lord, I know I beat my wife, but my neighbor killed his! Look how much better I am.” That’s the default position of Trump supporters when his more awkward flaws are brought to light.

When Bush was criticized, Bush supporters could say “yeah he’s my man but he was an idiot here”. With Trump, you guys bend over backwards to defend and dismiss every single aspect of his life. It’s deeply disturbing. Why can’t you just say that those comments were messed up… but despite that you support his policy? That I could respect. It’s the handwaving of clearly disturbing comments that makes this whole thing smack of cult of personality. I have grave charges to level at every politician I have ever supported.

No. He is our president now and I wish the immature whiners would just stop causing
division by complaining and pointing fingers at Trump over everything.
This is all about finding a reason why Hillary lost because the democrats cannot
accept she was unlikeable and did not run a good campaign. So because the democrat party has eggs on its face, they design a smear campaign against Trump and
who knows how else they sabotaged him before Obama left office.

Actually, you’re missing a few key points in your logic. The first premise isn’t just that ‘the 2016 election polls were wrong.’ The first premise is, ‘the 2016 election polls that showed Hillary winning a landslide Electoral College vote were massaged to make her victory appear inevitable.’ That premise is absolutely true; the popular vote is as relevant as Jeb!'s post-nomination campaign strategy.
The second premise is correctly stated as: “The assessment of support in military communities is based on polls done by the same people who massaged the numbers to make Hillary’s victory appear inevitable.”
The third premise is correctly stated as: “Therefore, the assessment of military family support should be considered to be as flawed and politically-driven as the Hillary election polls.”

Oh … that is an interesting evolution; typically on the forum, whenever poll come out that are unflattering to Trump, we get a simple broadside against polls “proven” by the election outcome. You make a more interesting claim. For which, of course, you have not a scintilla of proof.
BTW, HRC electoral college landslide? Weeks out there may have been projections along those lines, with EC votes approaching 400, but the polls narrorwed considerably in the last ten days; who was predicting a this landslide on election day?
