Who was harmed? Is someone melting??

I can look at what he wrote, the context around it, and his explanation, and see reason to think he was using sarcasm to prove a point. That’s not racism. I find it provocative and distasteful, but that’s fine with me.

Are you being racist by assuming the language he used must mean he is mimicking African americans??

Don’t try to turn this on me. If you find nothing wrong with racist mockery, then I feel sorry for you, and know if nothing else you’re not a serious interlocutor.

You wanna know what’s really funny? Those two thugs really are victims. They’re victims of the bigotry of low expectations from people like you. That’s why you show no concern or surprise at them acting like that, because to you that’s their natural behavior. They don’t have a choice in your mind. So of course you can’t call them out, because they’re just animals to you, doing what animals do. But me, the white man, I can be judged like a human being.

I treat everyone the same. Black, white, Mexican, Asain, whatever. I judge them all the same too. So just imagine those were rednecks in Klan uniforms standing outside a polling station with batons and someone made a joke using the faux Southern accent. Something tells me you two wouldn’t be screaming racism and deplorable.

So yes. You are the problem.

Treating black people like children who don’t know better is a thousand times more offensive than making fun of Ebonics.

I can’t believe this topic went off the rails just like Trump himself 😂

What exactly are these low expectations? How did the “people like you” that you talk about show some inclination toward low expectations?

(other than melting some snowflakes).
Well, call me crazy but the melting snowflakes are the ones that are scared of a couple of black men, which plays into the racial stereotype of white people being scared of their own shadows.

Well, I personally am not a scared little baby that runs at the site of two black men, so I guess I’m not seeing that much of a problem. They did it to intimidate and, if you remember, it was in response to towns in the south parking police cars with white officers in front of black polling places. I understand their point and mostly agree with it, but disagree with their methods. Besides, they weren’t even exercising their 2nd Amendment rights.

On the other hand, you chose to put on blackface and then are upset that I said it was racist. Now, I only told you that because it is an intrinsic evil and I don’t want you to face Judgement from God over what you think is a silly little joke. But since you persist, I again thank you for revealing what a racist you are and Boatswain, thank you for the impassioned defense of ChunkMonk as well. It’s good that you reveal your true colors so that we can truly understand what drives your point of view on issues like voter fraud.

The guy who says he doesn’t care what color people’s skin is…of course he is called a racist by a leftist.

Imagine that.

The guy who says he doesn’t care what color people’s skin is
Easy to say. What does it mean?
Perhaps: I don’t care what your skin color is, but my expectations of you are informed exclusively by my own culture; Everything else is intrinsically a “lower” expectation.
Perhaps not.

Pretty sure he covered that as well, but it was lost in Jig’s emotional position.

Pretty sure he covered that as well
He did. But I am not sure that he put himself in a good light.
I treat everyone the same. Black, white, Mexican, Asain, whatever. I judge them all the same too.
How about: I try to resist the temptation to judge people and try to consider each person as individual created in the image of, and loved by God.

Not really sure what about my response is emotional, but I can only assume it is an attempt to minimize concern about the racist comments posted here.

There was nothing ironic about ChunkMonk’s verbal blackface. He wasn’t mocking people who make racist statements. He was mocking African-Americans.
