Casting out negatives, lack of substance, we know people have moved out of California because of illegal immigration and in turn, there has been an uproar in many Western States that those Californians have turned states like Washington and Oregon into liberal havens as well.
I don’t have a solution either. I don’t think anybody does. I was just trying to expose the absurdity of a plan to deport 11 million people. It is a fact that illegal immigrants do a lot of low end menial tasks, especially in California. Anyone who has ever lived there knows this is true. It is of course true to a lesser degree throughout the country. African Americans and others who are unemployed will go on unemployment before they pick grapes. I am not being snarky, just citing the reality of the situation. If anybody is going to figure out what to do we have to be able to get all of this out on the table, no? A lot of American companies (particularly small ones) take advantage of cheap labor. My contractor uses Hispanics to do his paint jobs. If you go to Home Depot, any number of Hispanics are all standing outside waiting for small jobs. Americans take of advantage of that. I am thinking about it - water pressurizing off moss.
It is apparent that a lot of the American people are dissatisfied with politics as usual and the establishment political candidates of either major party who are controlled by and beholden to their party organizers and lobbyists. Both the Trump and Sanders candidacies feed into this dissatisfaction and hunger for a better way. (It reminds me of the Robert Redford film of the 1970’s, The Candidate.)

According to your last statement, illegal immigrants bring with them diseases, crime, benefits to organized crime, rape, and their own death (as well as that of Americans, I assume). And if the Mexican immigrants entered this country legally, do all these things disappear because the law-abiding people are a different crop, or would they be more or less the same kind of migrant people? If the latter, then maybe we should ban legal immigration from Mexico as well.
And use subsidies from the Government more than others, illegals of course, would be much more likely to use subsidies. I’ve heard Hispanics as a group are more likely to use government subsidies.
The stats are out there and this is in a sense, just buying votes with entitlements.

All I was driving at again is the simplicity of “just send them all back.” It’s not helpful.
